Khalil Rountree is amazing
Khalils story about being over weight to getting to where he is now is incredible. I went from 175 to 285 after a hitting a semi truck head on and being in a hospital bed with very little to no exercise for 3 years and just now starting to get my weight and heath back on track. Only somebody that has really been through that, can truly understand the emotional/mental problems that cone with it. I hope to see him compete for a long time! 💪
