Full Demo of Carlsen and Associates Wine Basket Press

We purchased the Carlsen & Associates Wine Basket Press in the summer of 2022 and it was one of the biggest upgrades for our winemaking. It's easy to use, has very gentle juice extraction, and insanely fast press cycles from what I was used to.
I researched this thing for a few years and the only way I could see it run action is to visit a neighboring winery during harvest. Our harvest window is pretty tight here on Red Mountain so when other winemakers are pressing, so am I. If you're looking to purchase this press, I for one highly recommend it and I hope the demo I chopped together helps you understand the workflow.
