Her sample shows no foam. My sample is more than half foam!! Please address how to handle this issue. How do you fill the vial with spit when the foam comes up to the top??
Hello I have the same question. The tube shows a fill line. But the directions don't say to spit in the tube. Mine came with a foam. Am I suppose to spit in the tube aswell?

Ignore the foam. Fill the tube to the line with the liquid saliva. The foam will be above the line. Don't worry about that.
