Love the discussion of inclusivity for more curvy body types. A lot of the crochet designers I’ve seen on YT are part of the IBTC; which I love for them; but as a curvier girl their patterns and tutorials for tops especially are just not going to look the same on me

I can also be quite shy when out in public and have to remind myself that other people care more about how they appear to others than how I’m acting! Also, I very much relate to your not wanting to spend money all of the time and being “boring”. Although I don’t think it is! Being comfortable without things is nice and peaceful. I love you keeping us curvy folk in mind 🥺 ive been crocheting for nearly two decades now and never made fitted crochet garments until earlier last month 😳(a bralette and im still not done lmaooo) All cuz any patterns that would look just my style dont include my size! I end up having to redesign other folks work and by the time i finish the logistics ive lost all motivation to make the garment anymore 😂
You can order stuff online to do your nails fairly well at home! It can be pretty cheap for a cute set. If you do basic colors like me, even better! Just get tips, nail files, nail gel, a lamp & clean up supplies. It’s not much for quite a lot sets.

I just made a tube top using the lemon peel stitch too! I just made a rectangle though cuz im definitely not a designer 😅 but the lemon peel stitch for a top is sooo pretty

(´；ω；`) by that, what i mean is i feel like many aspects of how you describe/detail the way in which you analyse things quite objectively/logically/thoroughly + the manner in which you approach designing crochet pieces (w/ the intention of figuring out how to achieve specific goals, even if that means lots of problem-solving + trial & error) is just so super cool to me, as it rlly reminds me of my own mindset ,,,!
