Anxiety is a normal and often healthy emotion. However, when a person regularly feels disproportionate levels of anxiety, it might become a medical disorder. When an individual faces potentially harmful or worrying triggers, feelings of anxiety are not only normal but necessary for survival. with social anxiety disorder have a general intense fear of, or anxiety toward, social or performance situations. They worry that actions or behaviours associated with their anxiety will be negatively evaluated by others, leading them to feel embarrassed. This worry often causes people with social anxiety to avoid social situations.
Generalized anxiety disorder symptoms include:
(1) Feeling restless, wound-up, or on-edge
(2) Being easily fatigued
(3) Having difficulty concentrating; mind going blank
(4) Being irritable
(5) Having muscle tension
(6) Difficulty controlling feelings of worry
(7) Having sleep problems, such as difficulty falling or staying asleep, restlessness, or unsatisfying sleep

One of the great explanation ; can u answer me one thing ? The benzodiazpens slows down the Mind and hence increase no. Of GABA receptor to induce sleep ? But what's in case of anti histamine ? Anti histamine also cause sedation and sleepiness but but what's the difference between these two ? What's the mechanism of these two ? How anti histamine causes sleep ? Anti histamine vs benzodiazpens ?
