I feel like they would of shown that if there was more and no they wouldn’t be keeping it a secret they literally teased Mephiles in a trailer out of nowhere so they would of shown it if there was more
They never said there would be more than “an extra level” and they would’ve shown off the 2d stage if it was there. I was incredibly surprised it had this much, I didn’t expect collectibles, or challenges. I just thought it would be a stage. Also, there is no reason for anyone to ever think there was a boss. So this wasn’t disappointing, it actually surpassed what I thought it would be.
This a good DLC. Now that we are about a week away from the movie releasing, it’s a good time to release this. I’m excited for Sonic 3! Also, I love that Reaves voices Shadow in this game. That’s so sick, bro!
I only played this for a little bit last night but I love it so far! It's so surreal hearing Keanu Reeves voice as Shadow! Everything about this DLC is absolutely amazing! Yeah, at first I thought his "Chaos Control" line was a little weak but after listening to it a few times, I grew to like Keanu's rendition of it. Overall, SEGA did an absolutely stellar job putting this game together. It truly is a masterpiece that I'll enjoy playing for a long, long time!
I like his Chaos Control from the final cutscene with the missles. He sounds like he's relaxing a bit from all the pressure in the main story mode. But the gameplay one could've sounded a bit more intense, he sounds too calm in that one

When it comes to the canon of this DLC, I look at it as “there’s no reason it couldn’t happen”. It doesn’t add or subtract anything from the plot of this game, and since white space exist outside of time and space (not to mention those rings are said to be able to walk through dimensions in the second sonic movie) it’s not unbelievable. One of those rings could appear in white space and warp someone to another reality entirely

It was a cool and short dlc, but i just wished they let us use movie shadow (without voicelines) on regular levels, that and a 2nd act (maybe in london?)

They at could've done this: Allow the skin to be playable in the main game, but keep the Kirk's voice lines, and maybe Keanu would've voice acted the voice lines Kirk did throughout the whole game, or i'm just overthinking.
I HATE the idea of the movies becoming canon. They’re just so… NOT Sonic. The transition from regular Shadow and movie Shadow also highlights how ugly and inferior the movie designs are. Though to be fair, they’re probably gonna look a bit better in the movie.
I hope the line at the end implies more to come after the movie releases, and it's short just to avoid spoilers. Overall, this is fun.
