This looks like a great idea. I wish I had seen it earlier. I wonder if you would consider sneaking some of these short videos (or the tips within) into the plans? If you do go down the path of a "beginner list" please consider including your content on damper settings and the force graph (these in particular stumped me for a while)
Thank you for these - they work great on the rower. Nice addition. As of the weight may I suggest using a weighted vest or wrist weights. This way you cannot drop anything!
That's not a bad idea. I don't have wrist weights, but I do have a weighted vest. I might give that a go and make an update video to this (but only if I can replicate the thumbnail - I haven't had that six pack for a while!!!)

Well, it strengthens the abs in that back and forth motion. What it doesn’t give you is rotational strength. So it’s important to do some side planks or whatever you preference for obliques is too.

Decathlon do a very reasonable weighted vest which would eliminate any risk while adding the overload. And Useful for loads of training elements.
