As your intro started and you were showing your heart journal I thought to myself 'she is a true artist.' Then you shared about your rose painting from a couple years ago saying you felt 'it wasn't good enough.' It is good enough and you made a good decision putting it in your journal, it's exactly where it needs to be. We can be so hard on ourselves can't we? This is just beautiful! Before you spoke on the video, I was thinking about how beautiful the roses are on your paper! Writing love notes to oneself is really good self care. I think especially as women we need that. Its not a luxury, it's a necessity, because in general we are such caregivers. It's time to give back some! Then it can overflow to others as well.
