Hi Tyler Nice video. Sure you had some technical glitchs but seeing the rear brakes and axle taken apart was great to see. Very instructional for me. Do you have the rear brake parts for sale?
@@onekick Check out the Facebook group Saab Restoration and Preservation. I think one of the members is selling a spare motor right now. You can use a 95/96 motor and transmission as well. I think the only motor difference is stiffer valve springs in the Sonett, and the only Sonett transmission difference is a higher final drive for a higher top speed. Could be wrong, but that's what I'm recalling. People have swapped them back and forth.
Excellent! Just what I needed to see before changing the brakes on the Saab.
I’m restoring a 1972 Sonett of my own. I’d love to see a video of your other Sonett
Thanks Kurt. I can't wait to make some videos of the other one. When I get the time and money to bring it home, I'll be sure to record!

Hi - do you have spares for sale. I need a few for my Sonett. Regards from Denmark
Do you know where I can get a motor and transmission for one ?
I found the perfect 74 saab sonett to restore but I'm missing the power plant 😢
