Phoenix City Council did not launch an investigation, Frances Barwood did and they mocked her ruthlessly for it. Her constituents expressed a serious concern, so she tried to get answers for them, and instead newspapers wrote horrible cartoons making fun of her and her colleagues teased her. She lost re-election because of this. It’s sickening.

People may think it was alien who was visiting us, but I personally believe it was us, the mankind, who paid a visit from the future through a time travel, using a super advanced technology we may invent in the future.
Yes if they were the aliens they would have taken over us or probably go and meet the govt not hover around civilians for no reason. So it's quite probable theory to say they're time travellers from future.
I have had five sightings in my lifetime; one at a very close proximity and all deafeningly silent and two during daylight. I didn't feel any fear or threat. I personally feel they are only revealed to those who they deem worthy of the experience or get a kick out of it. Also feel there are many 'out there' but choose to remain cloaked.

2) If they wanted to destroy us, they could have done so

I saw them tonight. Like many other times. Tonight they were communicating. Flashing lights towards me. Golden colors. I did get a little scared, but couldn't resist watching and pointing a lazor light towards them. There were many of them. I know one thing for sure, they constantly watch us all the time. @@radiofreealbemuth8540 yes..it was about 930pm, and I was heading west on ray road, in mesa, heading back to where I live in Ahwatukee, my wife, and two children were in the car with me, and we stopped at a red light,van it was a very clear night, the windows were down, and I saw the people in the car in the lane next to me looking up...so I looked to see what they were looking at, and it was enormous, and close to the ground.. ( 1000 ft or so, and it had to be over 3/8, of a mile long, in a giant v shape, silent, moving north slowly, 20-30 people were stopped in all directions looking up at it...., no doubt about it, it was resl....and the area between the lights, was slightly distorted, you could look through it...like privacy glass in a bathroom window...the edge of the superstructure was slightly bending the starlight above it....if you didn't happen to notice it, it would, or could be considered a cloak. .it was amazing....still remember it vividly.

The lights in this documentary aren't represented as they were recorded in 1998, but this thing was for real. I've lived in Phoenix since 1977 and it's still an amazing story.

Happened to me many years ago late at night leaving Oulton Broad when getting into my car to travel home.The comment “deafening silence”is very apt as this is exactly what the huge triangle shaped craft omitted if that makes sense as it very slowly moved along Gorleston Road just above the roof tops before going out of site over the slight incline at the top of the road.What was more strange was the fact everything fell silent with absolutely no traffic either way during this period of approx 5 to 10 minutes.The UFO was approx the size of a football pitch and was lit up underneath with red blue and yellow lights.Didnt report it as who would believe me but I know I saw it and that’s all that matters to me.
thanks--the most spectacular thing i've seen in the sky happened to me about three years ago, and it is a type of craft that others have seen because i saw the exact same thing in a documentary. it is U shaped and is also completely silent, and puts out a solid stream of exhaust. it had disappeared right before my eyes after it came up from behind me on the beach. i have no question there have been a number of alien types involved with this highly experimental planet, and one of them are human which come from another earth in the next solar system, which is just beginning to merge with ours. it is just that they are perhaps a few thousand years older than this planet, and figured out how to planet hop. i saw a couple of divers right under the spot i saw the craft looking for something later on in the summer; perhaps detected something. im not sure how long these alien humans have been coming here, but i've no question they were involved in the some of the secret US government meetings in the 60s. they have advanced mental telepathy which is just beginning here as well.

It's the way they can direct and redirect your attention to them and when you try to gather information to remember afterwards. I had a camera with me when a huge low stationary orange cylinder was there after I had been watching a low flying aeroplane and turned to look at my dog but when I tried to turn the camera on without taking my eyes off it I was looking down at my dog again. Blue sky, no clouds, afternoon on fields behind my home in a built up housing estate, I didn't report it because in that few seconds I knew no one would believe me without proof and there is no where to report it in the UK since they shut down the hot line in the nineties.

This is actually creeping me out a little bit. It sounds like something I experienced around the same time in California. When I went to look at the actual pictures people took of the "Phoenix Lights", I was amazed at the similarity between them and what I saw. The lights were in about the same formation and the body of the ship had some sort of cloaked effect. Every once in awhile, I'll look on the internet trying to find someone talking about a like experience but haven't discovered anything until now. It was 2:30 in the morning when I saw it. It was like I 'came to' sitting up and looking at it through my window. I got a 'feeling' that everything was alright and that I should lay down and to to sleep. AND. I. DID. Who does that??? Weird. I've only told a few people. Most say I was probably dreaming. I wasn't dreaming.

In 1994, a day or so before the Zimbabwean Ruwa Arial School incident where dozens of school children playing in the school's play ground witnessed a couple of UFOs land metres away from them - In Bulawayo City at about 8.00pm, a very large silent triangular shaped craft flew low & silently over residential areas and the city, it was witnessed by 100's of residents. The Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corp was inundated with calls from witnesses. My family were out in our garden at my behest at 7.45pm -ish because I had a strange telepathic impulse which said - 'we are coming over your city'. My family thought I was crazy when I said "they are coming - let's get out in the garden".
**We stood out in the garden, I was very excited, eyes peeled toward the night starlit sky until just after 8.00pm but we saw nothing and went indoors to hear the news on the TV.

I woke up in my bed late one night, sitting up in bed staring at the TV. My room was pitch black and TV was off.... I'm talking pitch black as I was in the basement at the time. I swear I had been watching something on the screen but I wasn't conscious, just experiencing something. As I finally snapped out of it I and realized I was sitting up in bed in the dark staring at the TV screen.... it really freaked me out because it felt so real before "waking" up. No ufo encounter but always wondered about this. This was also around a time in my life when I would wake up from sleep but not be able to move my body for a minute or so which freaked me out more than anything.

They are well produced yes, but they are not accurate to what the witnesses describe and the CGI is substandard. They are hugely inaccurate. They get the UFO appearances, motions, time frames and sounds very wrong (usually there is zero sound), and they omit most of the details from each case. The little epilogue montages at the very end of each piece contain more useful and accurate information than the primary dramatisations.

A truck driver relayed a story about this incident. He stated that the two fighter planes that were scrambled kicked their afterburners on and when they got near the craft it just shot straight up at an incredible speed and was gone. The fighter planes flew right through where it was.

When I had my experience in 1992 there was definitely something about the whole event that seemed personal.
My experience with a black silent triangle was preceded by a voice in my head that simply said "watch the skies".
I too had the thing hover right over my head (for what seemed like a full minute) silently and I too, had the impression it was trying to communicate with me, only I never heard any voices after the initial "watch the skies". It was as if it wanted me to get a real good look...and that the event itself, was all that needed be said.
With most of the people I've related this story to over the years in casual conversations. I always leave this part out. I'm extremely sensitive to social cues such as eyerolling, topic changing and snide remarks which gradually led me to just leaving the telepathy part out entirely.
Good to get positive confirmation after all these years, it's tough living in a world where you feel like you can't really talk to anybody about this, let alone hope others would believe you.
I don't mind skeptics. I totally get them.

My sister and I have always been able to read each others minds. Try it more often. It's quite easy. Well for us anyway. I'm certain we are much much more than what some people realize. Which is why I think the peace faring aliens would gradually come forward as to not freak us out. To allow us to acclimate. What I mean is to allow us to learn to be accepting of a much different, perhaps, race of people. Think about it. If you wanted to scare others you'd do the opposite by jumping out to scare the crap out of them. To make them run off or fight back. So you would most likely come forward gradually, toward a new race of beings so they would learn to be accepting and to trust. To adjust over time.
I saw a huge black triangle in Australia in 1985. It glided very slowly overhead at about the speed of a hot-air balloon. About 300 feet up in the sky and around the width of a football field. There were three of us and it was late in the afternoon, turning dark. This triangle made no noise whatsoever and had no lights - although at times you could see the stars through it. On the underside, we could make out what looked like joins between hexagonal plates. After thirty second it faded out the same way it had just appeared. I not not been the same since.... This occurred over a fully populated area in Brisbane.

They don't look like flares, they don't flicker like flares, their formation was too perfect and they didn't emit any smoke.
So many ancient unconnected cultures had abduction stories from gods, fairies, goblins an other names.. including missing time an being taken to weird places.. Since a young adult, I’ve been intrigued by the whole UFO and extraterrestrial topic. Since then, I’ve constantly looked up at the night sky in the hopes of seeing a UFO but have yet to do so. Perhaps one day before I’m gone.

i saw 2 of these back in 1976 in Enfield Connecticut while working on a holstein farm.I worked nights tending to the cows ready to give birth..7 nights a week. I saw many ufo very close and also far away.I would see mother ships release these smaller crafts.The smaller crafts would scout around.A couple times we were missing cows which we eventually found dead in the grazing field..Perfectly round hole in the neck .It was just weird..Very spooky to me.

I and a friend witnessed this very similar event take place more then 10 years ago in a midnight Baltimore sky, it was magnificent and equally terrifying...
Not everyone was terrified at all. I saw one huge UFO decades ago and was actually wistful when it finally zoomed off; the last thing I felt was fear. My primary emotion was that of sheer wonder.

Saw three lights pass over me in a triangle formation several hundred feet across maybe a thousand feet up fly over me and my friends just north of Seattle. It was night but you could tell the thing was massive but totally silent. The way it moved was just not natural just unbelievable.

I remember the footage of the Phoenix Lights on the news.
I remember it also, the camera crew for whatever news station was so far away from the UFO. but I remember seeing the UFO lights and then the Jets were deployed and then they shot flares to try to misdirect the focus from the craft or come up with a cover story later. I can say from experience, when you see a ufo(s) you are absolutely glued to it visually. I saw 13 independent, round objects flashing and moving in fluid motion without sound, in the middle of the day. Their movements and configurations were almost magnetic, swooping circular moves, and then coming together I n a "V" pattern, etc. They passed over me at low altitude while I was at a highway rest stop in Oklahoma on I-44 in December of 2001. I had an interesting experience one day while playing basketball outside. I noticed a flying object that was peculiar to me and flying very high in the sky. I watched it for a minute and for some reason in my mind I asked it "what are you" and instantly it changed directions and started to come towards me which was approximately a 90 degree turn. I felt like it did this because I had contacted it... I immediately turned away from it and tried to blank my mind to it and eventually it went back to it's original direction. It scared me a little and for some reason turning my attention away from it was my instant thought process to hope it would lose interest. Never saw another like it.

Friend of mine was 12 years old in her mother's car on a highway just outside of Pheonix.
She said this craft comes over the highway and hovers.
It's only about 2 stories from the ground when it stopped over the highway.

I have an Alien story to tell: It is very long but a good read
Okay, It was the year 2009 Summer. I was outside on my patio enjoying the weather when my almost four year old said “Mommy what is that up in the air?”
I looked up and I saw her point to a silver circular looking object hovering up in the sky.
It was hundreds of feet above a very tall skyscraper that is about 50 stories high in a huge urban city.
I looked at the silver object and replied “I don’t know”
The next day or two I was back on the patio again which is a common area shared by hundreds of residents it was packed because of the hot day.
I was sitting there soaking up the sun with my husband, our almost four year old kid and my unborn child In my womb.
Next thing a little girl and her Mother walk from the elevator area to the doors that take you to the patio.
. The little girl stares at my kid and the girls Mother says would you like to meet her?
So they both walk over and introduce themselves.
My husband and I greeted them and our little kids start playing.
Now the strange thing is that there were a lot of people outside in our common area!
But they singled us out for some reason.
We all chatted and the husbands chatted she also brought her husband over to meet mine. She stated that they didn’t live in the condominium building but there sister did and they pointed to a woman that was also just hanging out on the patio within the crowd. She also said that they didn’t live in our city and that they were from Atlanta.
The next day I got a phone call from the lady and she asked me if we could hang out so our daughters could play together.
I said sure and informed her of a park down the street she could meet me at.
I gave her instructions on how to get to the park which is very well hidden however, she didn’t ask for many details which I thought was strange.
So I walked to the park with my pregnant self and brought my almost four year old with me. My husband had to work.
We get there and her husband looked a little disappointed that my spouse wasn’t with me. Hello? It was a weekday during the middle of the day!
I said hello and immediately the kids started to play together and the lady and I chatted as well as her husband.
This park is really nice and it was filled with people so I wasn’t afraid.
While we were chatting I looked up and noticed that the UFO that my daughter noticed the other day was there up in the sky again in the same place.
I stated “ Does anyone know what that is?”
Her husband looked up and said that is definitely a UFO she looked at it too but I don’t remember what she said if anything at all.
So the kids hung out about 45 minutes and then we wrapped up (remember I was super pregnant like between 7 and 8 months)
I told the lady thank you and went home.
The next day she called and asked me if I wanted to hang out via a voice message.
I called her back a little later and explained that I was exhausted and was gonna stay home that day to rest hence I was big and extra tired carrying a baby in my belly.
She said okay but sounded very disappointed????
I felt guilty so the next day I called her and left a message to let her know I felt stronger and we could take our kids to the park if she was game.
She never called me back? I never heard from that family again.
Also, I noticed that the UFO was also gone!
Now I am easily spooked. I do not know if the two things were related or not? However, I always got a strange feeling that that UFO was watching is.
I also felt like my kid noticed it first because she senses things.

I still remember this event clearly like it said back in 1997 as I was watching the coverage of it for it's entirety, from the beginning when one light appeared to the end when a whole string lights in V-formation was visible, on our local news (in San Jose, CA). It lasted for about 30min, I remember. It emitted no sound whatsoever. Just so silently hovering. I was so in awe, curious and wondered what it was. I have, my girlfriend, the rest of my family have seen ships in varying forms throughout our lives. I'm here to tell you that everyone has things going on around them that they are unaware of. The reason you don't know is your not empathically aware enough to realize it or have developed any clairvoyance. However, many of the things I've seen you didn't need special gifts or abilities but you just need to be aware and really pay attention and most people are looking at their feet versus looking into the skies.

By far one of the best UFO sightings story. 1997 was not that long ago so I am surprised there wasn't much more good quality photographic or video evidence of this amazing event.
Ok this is the first time I've heard about telepathic communication between the craft and the witnesses.
The video says the family "felt" there was a communication given to them - this sounds rather subjective - the video does not directly answer the question of whether or not they actually heard an audible voice in their heads speaking to them. So what was it - an audible voice or no audible voice - because "felt" is not going to be taken seriously by some paranormal researchers as evidence of telepathy. There are cases where witnesses to landed UFOs and entities have heard voices in their heads which are probably true instances of telepathy but in those cases the witnesses don't say they "felt" they were being communicated - instead they actually hear an audible voice in their heads. A few years ago I got in touch with a woman in a countryside area of Puerto Rico who saw a UFO at night and took a video. Another night she suddenly sees her little dog lying upside down with its legs in the air in the kitchen - and standing outside the kitchen's screen door she saw two 4 foot tall entities and heard an audible voice say in her head ( in Spanish) "Open the door". She did not want to open the door and blacked out. Later she found the kitchen screen door open and has never seen her dog again. Now That is true telepathy I don't care what the sceptics say.

@@repairtech2387 still absolutely not a shred of proof this was nothing but a military exercise followed by a flare drop to finish it. There was a man looking through his telescope during the "original sighting" and he said it was fighter Jets flying in a triangular formation (the interview with him is well known and is easy to find). If aliens (or whoever) really came and flew a 1 mile long craft over parts of Phoenix and thousands of people saw this there would be pictures and video, there is nothing but there is pictures and video of the flare drop. This is a CLASSIC CASE of MASS HYSTERIA since there was talk about it on radio stations before people even saw the flare drop so they assumed the flares were lights on a space ship. It was 1997, not 1920, if a 1 mile long space ship hovered over neighborhoods and up to 25 000 people saw this there would be video proof and puctures

He had been out of the public eye and off the TV for years and he was missing it so milked it tor his last bit of fame in his life

A few months ago I was driving my truck up here in the Sierra's as I drove on I saw a ball of light ahead of me. Stunned I proceeded ahead. I had that Erie feeling. I looked in my rearview mirror and saw 3 aliens in the back of my truck! I freaked out and slammed on the brakes and slid off the road. I got out and these aliens seemed to be trying to communicate with me ! I yelled immigration and they ran off into the woods.
