Seriously this is the most beautiful scene we could ever imagine and honestly it will remain engraved on my memory for the rest of my life. I have no words. I cried really hard watching "William" for the first time , but this... I didn't expect this. That plot was handled so finely, a masterpiece. I'm literally covered with tears.
My favourite scene Gillian & David did such an amazing job I loved the end when they both watching the camera and realise "that's our son" 😍 Beautiful moment for them both
I love a lot that Scully is the one Jackson/William is connected to most and the one he technically interacts with most, and Scully only realizes later. J/W was on the run from everyone, including Scully and Mulder to keep them safe after losing his adoptive parents, yet he went out of his way to both protect her and assuage her fears.
this was a stunningly beautiful ending. I loved every second of it. Mulder had tears in his eyes and Scully's heart was finally freed and some of the burden lifted. so great. I mean GA took a scene 20 years in the making and handled it like it was just another day at the office. I think she'll get an Oscar some day. The weight of that scene would have crushed any other actress
I thought that to. It also bothered me that Scully didn't have much of a reaction when they first thought William shot himself. What parent would be like that??
I understand what you are saying. I took it as William being totally disconnected. He’s always known he is different from everybody else. He probably put up an emotional wall at a very early age to cope.
William's lack of reaction to his parents' death could easily be missing because: (1) he thinks he's gonna die too soon after that happens so his fight or flight kicks in instead of dissolving into a puddle of tears; (2) maybe he did react but we didn't see that as part of the show's plot. And lastly, (3) would we really want to see Jackson spending a lot of time mourning his adoptive parents when as fans what we really want is for him reunited with his birth parents, our hero's Mulder and Scully... but then again, that's just my 2 cents
Am I the only one who doesn't care much for William and the "Scully the grieving mother" thing? The character dynamics of this show have always been so well-balanced but delicate, it seems crazy to mess with it now. William was a necessary evil, but much better off as a distant symbol from a story-telling perspective.
Would you be willing to add the full morgue scene with the speech and mulder coming in. A friend in the service wants to see it and all I can find is part of the scene. Would love you forever!
unfortunately they don't share that kind of special bond that william and scully have, maybe cause mulder was only with him two days, scully almost a year ... it's different
You can tell that Scully just NEEDED this. You can practically see her entire soul being refreshed.

Agreed such a beautiful moment between scully & mulder at the end 😍
oh yes, you're so right!!
Awnnnn! So Sweet! This is THF Making us deeply happy and touched. 🌹🌹🌹
My favourite scene
Gillian & David did such an amazing job

I really love this scene. It's so emotional! 😔😔
David and Gillian are great actors.
the way they hug each other and mulder comforts her in 0:14 is so cute
William is so close... and he's so far... The most emotional scene ever!!!
Scully is so beautiful

I can really hear Gillians English accent in this season.
This scene broke my heart into pieces. I cried like a baby, this is so sad :(
Me loves this so much! Watched the whole episode 3 times!
I have twice but itching to watch it again
HE LOOKS AND SOUNDS LIKE MULDER
My exact thoughts. I never believed for 1 second that CSM was the father of William.
I agree with you 😊
And again, aside from all the rest of it, mark snow's haunting.... oooooooohhhhhh.... just made it perfect
So touching.
For me, this is the best scene of the whole revival 😭😭😭😭😭
It was never a secret that William loved them.
The feels are real! The only thing that bothers me about Jackson is that he doesn't seem troubled by his parents' deaths which he witnessed
I thought that to. It also bothered me that Scully didn't have much of a reaction when they first thought William shot himself. What parent would be like that??
HW Marron she was still 50 50 on whether it was really William. Also everyone deals with grief differently

The character isn’t entirely human
My favourite season ^^
This was such a wonderful episode! I loved the surprise ending.
Somehow I knew that was William. Why didn't he reveal himself to his mother? I'm sure he heard every word she said to him at the morgue.
maybe because he's scared to speak and reveal himself after seeing and not knowing her for so long...
He doesn't want to endanger them because the people after him killed his adopted parents and so he's taking off on his own.
Because she would not have let him leave. He just wanted to say goodbye.
awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww I am dying!!! 😍 😍 😍 this is sooo precious! Exactly like this and no other way! That's how I like the X-Files
Holy Shit! My emotions! Season 11 is already much better than season 10. Also Chris Carter, I LOVE YOU.
@Poldarkian i think the first 5 minutes of 11x01 was already so much better than the whole season 10... :))) this is a little sad, btw.
love this vidéo !
Smile at end of this scene says it all
I legit screamed
-Are you Dr. Masao Matsumoto?
-Nope, I'm Dr. Pier Chang
This would've been a way better write off for William than that mess we got in the finale. 🤷♂️
music was stunning too. i'm crying again. I wonder how that ooooooh sound was made? I don't know a lot about music 2:43
Have you got the clip where Mulder comforts Scully after she apologizes to William/Jackson in the autopsy room for giving him up
Yes.
I think I should give seasons 10 and 11 second chance.
don't watch series 11 episode 1. messes everything

I keep hoping they asked for a coy of that video

Yes. Of course.
Do you have the scene when they lokk through Jacksons stuff and Scully saw his baby pictures?
I just saw this video, how come this kid didn’t interact with his mom nor his dad?
unfortunately they don't share that kind of special bond that william and scully have, maybe cause mulder was only with him two days, scully almost a year ... it's different
It's not Mulder's son
@@sunnylife3374I believe that the writer was messing with the fans of the show. I do believe the kid is his and not his crazy dad.😅
Dainas attention though
William was killed by Michael Myers in 2018
Good scene, but the final of this season was crap...so disappointing
