Casting is one of the fastest way to produce desired size and shape and it is also one of the most commonly used process. Parts are formed easily, its a simple process, just melt the metal, pour it in a mould, let it solidify and after solidification of the metal, we get the desired casting part.
Here the most important component is the mould, it is a cavity in which the molten metal is poured thus the cavity gets filled and we get desired parts after the solidification of the metal. For the preparation of the mould we use some number of structural elements.
