This reminded me a lot of animation/movie sound effects. Because in most movies the sounds your hear sometimes (hoof beats, animals, footsteps, machines whirring etc) isn't actually created until AFTER all the filming is done and over with! A specialized team of people make the sounds effects and match them with whatever film, show, or program it is to make the watching experience as seamless and immersive as possible and yet realistic! Mayling has outdone herself with this video! I love it, and will definitely have this on my playlist from now on! Thank you for all your hard work once again, so awesome! NOW TIME TO SLEEP! ☺
Wow, I had never seen how people from other countries do their nails, so it's really interesting. Especially for me, since I work in a beauty salon in Brasil as a manicure and use different tolls and methods. The video was really relaxing too ♡
Why did it take me 20 mins to realize that every sound is layered and that the whole nail salon just wasn’t being silent. O.O my little brain here like... how did she convince the salon to be silent for her video?
I think she must have convinced the salon & model to film either before or after actual business hours. Silent, a lot of time spent setting up the camera shots - so detailed and close up. The sound is captured so well. Kudos again to Myaling

@@owoman Exactly, both when I worked as a cleaner and as a waitress, having gel on my nails helped me keeping them strong and long, without it they were always breaking and ruined by the cleaning products.
I have seen the nail salons and the pedicure, manicure retail sites for decades. I've never seen nails done before, never knew such additional ornamentations could be applied layer after layer. I thought custom car painting was the height of artistic flair in modern times but nail customizing has that all beat. And you know what, women deserve that flair as a treat anyway!
This was so stress relieving to watch.. the hygiene level is top notch and the art is so precisely n perfectly done. I wish every nail tech to be like this. This itself felt like therapy ❤❤

You can see someone moving around in the background in some of the shots. So I think Myaling is recording, not performing the nail art. Not that this is an issue, I’ve just been confused for 30 mins trying to figure out who’s who 😂

As a guy this stuff is really relaxing to watch. Every time my fiancé gets her nails done I always go with her and sit and watch. The sounds and the smells. It's so relaxing

Get you some heavy duty cleaning gloves girl! I do my own nails and to keep my polish from chipping I highly recommend wearing gloves while cleaning, it makes SUCH A HUGE DIFFERENCE I'm not even kidding! ♥♥
Girl.. same! I used to get my nails done every 3-4 weeks and I cleaned houses as my job and they barely made it till the next appointment, either breaking or paint chipping, and that’s WITH wearing gloves.. but I feel so much more put together when my nails look good 💅🏼
anj I don’t get the point of those fake gems and such. You’d be catching them on everything. Trying to reach into your purse pocket etc they’d be catching on my clothes hair and so on. Is this just for people who don’t need their hands for actual use? Like foot binding....
I had to stop getting my acrylics done in real life, because many times the tingles were so intense and I felt too awkward to handle that 😂 this video was perfect, I got super intense tingles 😻

They are the perfect little burst of asmr goodness if you need something shorter to watch before bed or if you need a chill. Ok, so, she recorded (with no sound) her friend doing nails at a salon by a professional, then came home, did every sound accordingly, then layered them. I can't even imagine the huge workload. Very impressed and THANK YOU Myaling for such a high quality video as always!
So you too are sold to the idea that to have pretty nails you MUST go to nail salons? That is so unreal! You can do your own manicures pedicures in the comfort and cleanliness of your own home. All the instructions are on utube and all the tools and formaldehyde-free polishes can be found at your local shop. People think that to eat good food, they must go to restaurants! No! Good food can be made at home after looking at recipes online. Of course, if the issue is laziness, I can see how one prefers to have someone else cook their foods or do their nails, regardless of all the infections (like staphylococcus aureus) that can be picked up at nail salons. 🙃

Get you some heavy duty cleaning gloves girl! I do my own nails and to keep my polish from chipping I highly recommend wearing gloves while cleaning, it makes SUCH A HUGE DIFFERENCE I'm not even kidding! ♥♥
Girl.. same! I used to get my nails done every 3-4 weeks and I cleaned houses as my job and they barely made it till the next appointment, either breaking or paint chipping, and that’s WITH wearing gloves.. but I feel so much more put together when my nails look good 💅🏼
I think she paid $116 USD for these nails. Yo I wouldn’t even do chores at that price! 😂

anj I don’t get the point of those fake gems and such. You’d be catching them on everything. Trying to reach into your purse pocket etc they’d be catching on my clothes hair and so on. Is this just for people who don’t need their hands for actual use? Like foot binding....

Ok, so, she recorded (with no sound) her friend doing nails at a salon by a professional, then came home, did every sound accordingly, then layered them. I can't even imagine the huge workload. Very impressed and THANK YOU Myaling for such a high quality video as always!

So you too are sold to the idea that to have pretty nails you MUST go to nail salons? That is so unreal! You can do your own manicures pedicures in the comfort and cleanliness of your own home. All the instructions are on utube and all the tools and formaldehyde-free polishes can be found at your local shop.
People think that to eat good food, they must go to restaurants! No! Good food can be made at home after looking at recipes online.
Of course, if the issue is laziness, I can see how one prefers to have someone else cook their foods or do their nails, regardless of all the infections (like staphylococcus aureus) that can be picked up at nail salons. 🙃

If it's any helpful I find it a nice feeling to know my nails look fancy plus if there are gemstones in the design it's a nice sensation and sound
