I was just thinking about that lmao. Probably pennywise, with ease too. Considering the circumstances, it would have to take place in pennywise’s universe, because pennywise can’t exist in vecna’s universe (probably). And in pennywise’s universe, he is the brother of maturin, who is basically god in the IT universe, making pennywise Stephen king’s iteration of the devil I guess you could say. So pennywise solo’s, no doubt.
