I laughed out loud when you said “the worlds whitest beaches, assuming they’re talking about the sand”
Love your videos! I moved to Pensacola back in '84, and we got 3" of snow there that year, they blamed me for bringing it with me, LOL!
Welcome to Pensacola. I'm excited that you came by!! ❤
What?! I thought I was the only one from Pensacola on here. Too bad he did not come here closer to the end of Feb. I will be going to it on the last day as a character from a popular horror video game. 😁
@@scotthouston4714 are you talking about Pensacon? I hope you have fun over there!! 🤗
Thanks for the fun video! Bird nerd here: The "crane" you greeted on the pier was actually a Great Blue Heron (not a criticism, just a comment 😉 ) Thanks for the great videos!!
Good stuff Jacob... Glad you got to enjoy my neck of the woods... Wish it hadnt been so cold... Thanks for sharing!
Maybe he should have came at the end of Feb. As in the last Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in Pensacola. I will be going there Sunday cosplaying a character from a popular horror video game. I am not going to say which one since there are a lot off them. But here is a hint. The creator of the horror video game shares my first name,
That is a Great Blue Heron! 🙂They even stay up here in CT through the winter. I love your videos! You must get a warmer jacket and leave it in the car! You can wear your hoodie under the warmer jacket! I do that!
I think when the weather gets warmer in maybe spring, then restart it. Your safety and health is the most important.
Hey key west is 64 degrees today! St Augtine light house is amazing
jacob glad u ventured to warmer climes jacob! the random mardi gras parade was amazing. a true slice of americana. thank you!
The new carpet bagger drinking game , every time you say icy blast I take a shot lol it’s fun
Thanks for Coming And Repping Pecola! ❤
Thank you for exploring Pensacola!! I hope you come back and check out our other museums too!! And of course the other 6 Wonders of Pensacola!!! :)
Also if he is interested in going to were they filmed part of Jaws Movie, He could go to Johnson;s Beach. Not sure if I spelled the name right since I have never been there,
I live in Pensacola. It will be warm soon...like in a few hours😂. Welcome to my home town!
I guess you need to go to Hawaii or The Caribbean to escape the cold.
Keep up the fun videos Jacob. Love watching.
You missed the opportunity to call that crane, Ichabod Crane.
Another awesome trip viewing cool and unusual things. 😎 Thank you.
Wow great adventure! I really enjoyed this! That beach with that white sand is amazing! The museum was great! Thank you for sharing your adventures!
Thank you Jacob . Very interesting. Xx
Another great day ! Its cold everywhere ! Warm up to in the 40s here in Seattle ! Not too bad !
Safety first anywhere. Like to see where your carnival ride seats are going at your house. Tree swing or steel pole frames to hold it maybe.
So glad to see my hometown on this channel. Pensacola has a rich history and there are so many unique things to do here!
I thought I was the only one from Pensacola that watched him. Too bad he could not have come to Pensacola closer to the end of Feb. As in the last Friday, Saturday and Sunday in Feb. I will be cosplaying a horror video game character from a popular horror video game. Here is a hint. The creator shares my first name.
I used to live in Pensacola. Worked on Pensacola Beach. Thanks for bringing back fond memories!
When you restart the Choose My Adventure road trip you should start from Hot Springs! I really wanted to see what cool stuff was there.
I think the right time for the Choose My Adventure trip is in late spring/early summer 🌟 I admire Your ability to create a video of random places and things 🤩💖 You are very good at it 🌟🙌😺 I loved the conglomeration that You found today as well ❣️ Stay warm and drive safely and maybe it's a good time to visit Key West 🏝️✨😄 As always, Thank You for bringing Us along with You Jacob 🙏💝😻
Hi Jacob, I hope you and Jenn are both keeping well..This was a very interesting museum. And what a beautiful beach. XXX
You have a knack for finding interesting places and things. Enjoyed the video!
My wife used to live in Ft Walton Beach. It was fun watching her squirm every time you said “Elgin”.
Pensacola has National Naval Aviation Museum and there is lighthouse near that.
The Naval Museum is fantastic too.
Here on the quest coast it cold and rainy please be safe on t
Your travels just seeing you smile and enjoying your day makes me happy. Keep up with your wonderful videos always full of smiles God bless
Thank you, Jacob. I enjoyed your video. Very interesting museum. 😊
Hey Jacob! I don't know if you have ever explored Fairhope Alabama, but I can tell you it's worth a look while you are in the area. I recommend it. Unique interesting restaurants, shops, and a gorgeous sunset at the pier park. It's a charming, small town tucked away on the east shore of Mobile Bay.
I love Pensacola and Navarre Beach! I used to drive over for the day several times a month, collecting sea shells and exploring. Absolutely beautiful . That drive down the beach is paradise. Thanks for everything you do Jacob. You make my morning better.
Just keep seeking warm temperatures and we can choose your way back home when it’s time! Thanks as always for the wonderful content!
Hi I’m from Canada Ontario I m a fan here you have a good day.
Good Evening Jacob and Jennifer 🙋🏾.
Stay warm and safe! 🥰
💚🦋🖤Over 1,000 sea turtles had to be rescued from a bay in South Padre. They were in shock from the arctic blast that came through Texas. Poor little guys. 🐢
I enjoy your videos where ever you're at. First thing you need to do is be safe and warm
A melanzana hoodie from Leadville Colorado is the best thing for any temperature 🌡 😍 thank you Jacob for trucking on and inspiring people like me to keep going ❤️
I'm in Pensacola and didn't know of these seven wonders!🤣 Looked them up and yes, you hit 3 of them: Graffiti Bridge, Ice house, and the UFO house. The others are the 12th Ave tree canopy or "tunnel", The Jolly Green Giant at Bailey's Farmer's Market on Davis (💚 one of my favs), Southern Scrap Sculpture on Palafox, Hadji Shriner's Temple which is over in the boonies NIne Mile Rd area.
Also if he had come in October. The Hadji Shriners has the Hadji Haunted House. Which is opened on Friday and Saturday and Halloween night. I am also one of the many volunteer scare actors for the Hadji Haunted House. It is suppose to be one of the largest indoor haunted houses in Pensacola.
Would love to see you in my hometown of Fort Walton Beach/Destin, FL! You’ve gotta try Mcguire’s for food! There’s one in Pensacola and Destin!
Good Sunday morning 🌄
I would love to see more of the coast while you're down South. It might be the "warmest" option too. 😊 But, it's up to you. Just stay safe and do what you feel! ❤
I was hoping you'd find the UFO house. I haven't been by since Hurricane Ivan and hoped it was still there. First saw it as a kid around 1970ish. I assume it was built in the late 50s or early 60s as it looked pretty weathered then.
Awesome videos!!! Love love your content.
Happy Sunday Jacob relax rest and reflect take care at church prayers for you your family
Awesome thank you for sharing this with us 🤠🤠🤠
I think Mr. Crane may be a heron.
You should go to Fudpuckers in Destin Florida while in the area. It's a gator park restaurant.
that is a beautiful beach !!!
Enjoying your videos❤
I've watched you forever & you're in my city 😭 welcome
Lol don't go out till the weather is higher than our age .lol❤ mine is 58....but currently 9 in Arkansas..🥶🥶🥶
The chooss my adventure needs to stop happening in the winter. Spring or summer would be great for it. Absolutely love the idea of it though! Stay safe out there.
Interesting museum Jacob! Stay warm while you are in search for warmth! Be safe as always.
Ahhhh my hometown that i miss so dearly. Im happy you visited!! Would love to see you go to the aviation museum on the navy base, if recording is allowed of course. Id imagine it might be fine, since they allow everyone to take photos. Also the lighthouse and the museum there too! The Bay Bluffs used to be a nice walking trail, if the city repaired the board walk since we last visited. Would certainly love to see you do the different wonders of Pensacola! Great video as always 👍👍
My mom went to high school with the lady who designed the original beach sign. She also did the designs in their yearbook.
That pop up parade was fascinating. Who knew?!?
Gulf mainland beaches from Mobile Bay to Appalachicola are very brightly white. The barrier islands are the lightest with Gulf Shores, Perdido, Pens Beach, FW, Destin being about the whitest sand.
Our parents took us to the beach often in the summer and for two weeks of vacation cabin. My wife and I both have poor night vision as the bright sands probably burned our retinas. Long before the sunscreen years.
An awesome video, Jacob! 👍👍👍👍
I would love too go too that museum looks like fun
You need a wind blocker something that stops the wind you will be much warmer.
I think its time for a week's worth of Keys content until the artic blast subsides 👍
nice you ran into a random mermaid horse show
Great finds. Do the Choose the road trip in the summer Weathers a lot better than. Safe travels my friend and take care.
You were in my neck of the woods and we do have the prettiest beaches in the world.
A little east in Santa Rosa Beach, you can see Eden gardens state park where frogs was filmed and then seaside where Truman show was made.
The bottom line is that you do what is safe for you. That is the most important thing. I would suggest doing the "Pick-My-Adventure" during a warmer time, so you have more options. Safe travels, stay warm, and beware of the damn Camel.
Stay here in Florida for awhile. It's about to get warmer.
Gulf Shores looks beautiful and surreal. Would love to visit some time, not when it's freezing though. Interesting trip, this one. Hope the weather warms up for you.
I live in Pensacola Florida when you have time come on back to Pensacola
So close you need to come to Gulf Shores, AL! Still cold though at least till tomorrow. Not far from that is Mobile which started some of the Mardi Gras Parades and the USS Alabama battle ship for tours.
Southwest Florida would be cool. Maybe Tampa, Cape Coral/fort meyers, Naples. hurricane IAN that hit down there left a lot of destruction and videos like yours might help people return to visit. Also the Everglades is so cool down there. Gasparilla is on January 27th in Tampa too!
That UFO house is a "Futuro" prefabricated house. They were actually mass produced, about 60 are left. There's another one in Tampa (at an adult venue, obviously not suitable for this channel).
I just learned about the shell museum in Florida, that would definitely be suitable for the channel -- apperently quite a few specimens are from Raymond Burr's private shell collection.
I am beginning to think that when you do another "Choose my road trip" series, it has gotten jinxed to have something major go bad. Last time it was your car, and all of the rental cars going bad. This time it is the unexpected arctic BLAST that threw your trip off.
Hope you decide to continue the Choose My Adventure soon. One of my favorite series that you do.
Love your content I'm from Indiana too and want to do what you do one day! It gives me hope to watch your videos that I'll get out of Indiana one day and be on adventures! Thank you for your videos!
Wow Pensacola Beach. It would have been cool to meet up with you at the beach. I live nearby. Have a great time.
Would even be cooler to run inti him at Pensacon if he had came at the end of Feb, If I did see him at Pensacon I probably would not resist trying to scare him in my cosplay costume.😁
One of the Mac Ghost Notes Had Houdini name on it. I stopped the video and read it. This was great vlog Jacob. I think you should start your choose my adventures in March up to May.
Maybe wait until after St.Patrick’s day and then see if the weather is more agreeable for (choose my trip) adventure.🤔
The bird was a Great blue Heron
Definitely in the future year's maybe wait to it warms up before you do the choose your own adventure 😅 . Maybe do a circle route of florida for a series until it warms up
That was a heron, not a crane. A great blue heron! 💙
I’m from down the road in Fort Walton beach. I’m upset I missed you lol. Fun fact about the Grafitti Bridge it is notorious for taking the roof off of trucks
Wow that’s all cool never saw anything like that iam 73 so I probably will never will Ty for sharing Jacob
Have a great weekend, Jacob ❤️
At UFO House was built sometime in 1960s I think 65 or 66 has been there for longer than I live. I think the golf course though or mini golf course I should say it's only a few years old it's not nearly as old as the house.
Also comeback next month for Pensacon we have some great guests coming this year
You’re talking about prioritizing your safety but you won’t wear your heavier jacket! Take care of yourself if it’s freezing cold and windy out, Jacob! A scarf or gloves at least 😅
The weather in nj was in the teens this morning, i wish i had that kind of cold 🙂
The Pensacola Museum was nice, and housed in a beautifully historic structure. Also love the UFO content. More cryptid and UFOs please! 👍
It's going to be a balmy 32 degrees here in Michigan tomorrow, and it will climb through the week.
I've been seeing flocks of Robin's in the area, and today I saw a Buck with his antlers already grown in. Looks like an early spring is near.😉
I thought you visited Trader John's a number of years ago. If it's the video I'm thinking of, he had a wolf's head cane given to him by Jonathan Frid that the actor used on the set of Dark Shadows.
I agree with the comment above wait until spring for chose your travel adventure
You should probably pick a warmer time of the year to do the choose my adventure 🤷🏼♀️
Too bad you didn't stop by Mobile AL. and catch the parade we're the O.G.'s of Mardi Gras here in my town. Mardi Gras was started here in Mobile around 1703 🎉🎊🍻😊
K you I love the road trips and wish you and your girl the best linda
Speaking of Alien encounters, you gotta make your way to Marfa, Texas someday!! Neat little town.
I think you do the “Choose my Adventure Road-trip” in the Spring or Summer. That’s when it’s warm, not as cold, and a lot more places start to open again. That was interesting that you stumbled upon a random Mardi Gras parade Jacob. Stay warm!
I’m just waiting for him to do a Choose My Adventure but with haunts
@@jamesshinault887 That would be amazing and a brilliant idea @jamesshinault887
@@jamesshinault887I would freaking love this but a lot of haunts are still iffy on video taping so most of the ones carpetbagger goes to are by invite. It would be fun though
@@Themeparkhero it would be fun
Was going to say the same thing
