The word "real" in Belly's vocabulary as it pertains to her feelings means "true love". She went back to Conrad, her fantasy, in S1 because she wasn't ready for true love. Hence why, fast forward to S2 and she & Jer finally kiss again, she keeps telling him what she felt with him is real, that she wants something real. It's her way of saying she's ready for true love with him. It's also why Belly was able to move on so easily from Conrad in the week depicted in the show. Since S1, she's felt more for Jeremiah than what she's allowed herself to admit. Hence why when Jer & Belly grab each other's hands on the Tower of Terror in S2, Belly looks terrified because she's finally allowing herself to realize she feels so much more for Jeremiah, that there's a charge between them she's been denying. idk why? but Belly feels so much more prettier with Jeremiah? I know that's weird but with Conrad its like she has no personality besides being in love with him. With jere she kinda glows, and it feels like she has a brain and a soul, she is not obssessed with Jere but she still cares and loves him. That's the best kind of relationship.

I've read all the books, just finished the last one. Their story in the books is soooo different than in this serie. In the books I kept roling my eyes at Belly, but in the show she is going after him not the other way around. She told him that she wants him, not him just randomly kissing her. I was rooting for Jelly in the books, but they rushed things. Their relationship here feels so different, they are my endgame and I hope they just change it up, because its what they all deserve

They did a variety of changes like how she kissed him instead the other way in the parking lot and that motel kiss scene never happened in the books where she loudly chose Jere. The warmth at the center of their relationship is so genuine. I BELIEVE in their love, which took me by surprise. I can feel it though my screen. Lola is so pure and radiant. Her "Belly" is ethereal, a "goddess" in his eyes. And Gavin's "Jer", so soulful, wise beyond his years, is Michelangelo's "David" come to life. His beauty and perfection is almost eerie..Otherworldly. The passion and depth of his love for Belly and her love for him is something to behold.
Gavin reminds me of Michelangelo's David... he is such a beautiful young man. You can totally tell he is a romantic, because only a romantic man kisses like that. When Conrad asked Belly who's the better kisser, I just yelled - HELLO, weren't you watching? Jeremiah ALL THE WAY!
I don't know if Gavin has a Greek or Italian background. His last name hints at it. But yes he's beautiful in a classic way. His features are absolutely perfect but they're outdone by his soulfulness and sensitivity. He's special.

I love how you added the scene with Belly and Taylor in the first season when Belly tells her how real the kiss was with Jeremiah and it scared her. Thag show's that Belly has had real feelings for Jeremiah and it wasn't just a week loke Conrad fans like to say. It scares Belly because it is real feelings and she doesn't know how to handle them and in the 2nd season she doesn't want to lose him again like she did before.

Her love for Conrad was based on a fantasy she held for him as she had a crush on him for the longest time whilst the love she has for Jere is true, deep and real. They are the true definition of endgame not Bonrad. Conrad has a lot of growing up to do before he can be in a proper relationship. Also calling the Jelly kisses forced is just wrong as they are not forced at all. They are full of passion, love and chemistry. The Bonrad kisses however are the ones that lack true chemistry and passion. Bonrad does not give endgame vibes in the same way that Jelly does. The third book clearly showed Jere being destoryed as an character just to allow Conrad to be the guy for Belly. He has not once ever been the right guy as he continues to hurt her and push her away. Jere is the right guy for her and the only true valid choice as husband, lover and soulmate.

thank u for including the whole situation where conrads "asks" for jere's "permission" to date belly and then LIES to belly and makes it seem like it was all good and smooth and fine. IT WAS NOT. jere openly made it known he was unhappy with the situation and unhappy with conrad, he did that multiple times, he did not pretend even for a second that he was fine or over it. the fact conrad knew the only reason belly wouldnt be with him is because she loved jere too- he manipulated her to get what he wanted. he also robbed belly of time her and jere couldve been spending with beck before/as she died because he wanted to be with her. he didnt just lie to belly, he mislead jere into thinking she didnt care if he was hurt. he never actually cared about either of them, just himself. I am so Team Jellyfish! Urghh they are so addictive.. their chemistry is off the charts! I never read the books.. but I know what happens in it and who she ends up with. Lets just say I hope that it will be like the change they had in TVD where due to Electric chemistry they changed the story en it was Damon who Elena finally choses 🥰 That makes me feel happy that they will not always stay True to the book stories and will add changes when the fanbase is so big.. So i hope there is a really really big Team Jellyfish base hihi so that this will be endgame. Her love for Conrad was based on a fantasy she held for him as she had a crush on him for the longest time whilst the love she has for Jere is true, deep and real. They are the true definition of endgame not Bonrad. Conrad has a lot of growing up to do before he can be in a proper relationship. Also calling the Jelly kisses forced is just wrong as they are not forced at all. They are full of passion, love and chemistry. The Bonrad kisses however are the ones that lack true chemistry and passion. Bonrad does not give endgame vibes in the same way that Jelly does. The third book clearly showed Jere being destoryed as an character just to allow Conrad to be the guy for Belly. He has not once ever been the right guy as he continues to hurt her and push her away. Jere is the right guy for her and the only true valid choice as husband, lover and soulmate.
