I was thinking I must start mak in the Christmas cakes instead of being at the last minute. I use my late Mums recipe, sometimes use my Grans recipe. My Son asked me the other day " will you be making my Christmas cake soon" ? So I've got my 1st order in already haha. When my dear Mum made hers she usually started September/October time. My Husband would eat the 1st of many cakes she would make, bless just for my Husband, he couldn't get enough of Mums delicious fruit cakes. My Gran always served her Christmas Cake with a slice of cheese, it's a Yorkshire trational I think. Thanks Jo.

The cake looks delicious and wondered if I can bake it in an air fryer. Do you have an air fryer Jo?
Yes I do have one, but it’s only very small so I bake in the oven. So not sure how it would turn out or how long you would do it for. 🥰
