Picking up Jaxon Hayes Definitely is a great addition for LAKERS who I've been waiting to get a young player at the 4&5 that has athletic abilities to help Anthony Davis. Hayes I hope and believe will finally get chance to show his needed skillset. He's has a 7'3 wingspan at 6'11 with tremendous leaping abilities so if he gets committed to defending he'll be hard to keep on bench ..

This guy Hayes appears to have mad potential based on the highlights I have seen. Fortunately, he is at the right franchise that has a knack for developing talent and maximizing potential. Witness Austin Reaves, Malik Monk, Lonnie Walker, Ivika Zubac, etc. My only concern is that if he balls out and opts out of his player option, the Lakers may not be able to re-sign him, as they don't have his bird rights.
