Sounds like you're draging a shopping cart behind you!!😂.
@@8_x_9. It definitely has a little rattle to it 😂
I just ordered one last week and just today somebody commented on the Facebook group there’s a guy on UA-cam that bought a basket he has the link up I said where is the video nobody could find it I just found it by accident awesome👍🏽
could you link the fruit basket you installed on your ride? I’m planning on picking one up when the restocks come in May and seeing that was just a great idea for space!
Ayeee, thanks for the video!! It looks like so so so much fun to ride!
This unit interests me, but I wonder if you can up the tork for acceleration and hills? How is it on hills?
It's not the fastest up hills, it can drop to as low as 8 mph on a steep incline. But it does offer greater climbing power than say my super73 s2.
Cool little zipper Adam! Bet your arse is feeling those dirt trails. Sounds like your talking into a fan while on dirt. 😃
Oh let me tell you, I'm sure that I look ridiculous bouncing around on the trails! The seat could be worse that's for sure, but you definitely still feel everything 😂
I plan to buy one the 1st thing I plan to do is change those handlebars. I already have the ones I wanna put on.
Nice Ride I want one of these but I can’t help but think I would flip at like 35 40 MPH lol 😂
Sounds like that bike is fast Sir 40mph and it doesnt look like a
motor bike, Good review
It usually averages around 30-33mph but as you can see it will go much faster if you give it a long enough smooth enough road!
You should do a separate video for the basket mod unless you did already ?
Hi, nice video. One thing, where did you get that net for storage, mirror, etc? where i can get addons?
i would also like to know where he got the net
Me as well!
It looks like it's a small wire basket held onto the frame with zip ties. I'm waiting for my roadrunner to arrive. I'll find a solution and I'll post about it as soon as the roadrunner arrives.
Did you put springs underneath that seat? Lol. That's a good idea because the suspension is horrible, my body hurts just watching you take that thing off road.
Believe it or not, the previous owner did that one 😂
Yo what basket & mirrors are those?
If this can do 40mph, it means the speed indicator on the display is not calibrated properly.
Or as my phone's gps later confirmed, it can hit 41mph 🤷 it's a speedy boy (if you give it a full runways worth of paved road)
@@star-k so you think Voromotors understated their claim of max 30mph?
@@OperationEndGame well it will easily exceed 30mph, and hovers comfortably at 33, however my model does vary slightly from the models some people have been receiving on orders. I purchased mine used and it has black bars rather than chrome, a different headlight and a few other very small differences to the model shared on the site now. It could be possible that this one is an earlier model with a different tune if you are getting different results? However I haven't seen another in the wild to compare it to. From what I understand, mine is stock.
hey nice bike!!
Helllo mate, I would just like to ask a question... I got my little pocket rocket Roadrunner the other day and for some reason it's bouncing and handlebars are vibrating when going over like 28 miles per hr. Does your one do that and if so how can it be avoided? Thank you and appreciate your response.
Nope, that's totally normal and unavoidable with the stock suspension.
Where did you get the basket?
How much distance did you get off the battery?
Hey my good man great video...where did you find the basket for it??
That's a little brute of a bike, Lol, Be perfect for my brother, If I had the spare bills I would buy one for him, Only prob is here in the UK no pedals an it's a scooter, That's illegal lol...
It's why I had to do my bike conversion, I got a 1600w monster scooter but had to a bike for the less stress of getting stopped.....
Good little vid tho bro....
The regulations for pev's in the UK are pretty absurd, but I'm very glad that you enjoyed the video!
How are you liking this...you said its squirrely?
Tiny wheels with a low center of gravity give this a wild riding feel for sure. Every bump shifts that front wheel. It isn't going to get away from anybody, but it could throw you if you aren't careful.
@@star-k hows the hill climb
@@highdesertbiker slow. Unfortunately this is the case with most electric bikes/scooters.
do you ride it on Olympic parkway or telegraph canyon Rd? would you feel safe on it?
I do it from time to time and feel safe and stable on the roadrunner and my s2. The only thing I hate about that would be the drivers constantly cutting into the bike lane that you wont want to leave since traffic is moving at about 20+ mph above you.
@@star-k yeah, people go hwy speeds around here for sure. I hope to get a roadrunner soon, so there will be two in our area. Have fun and stay safe
My guy is flushing. 40 is sketchy for that thing.
It still hits 38 or so regularly with the miles and wear on it now, but the brakes wear out way to quickly for me to say that speeding on this thing would be advisable. Super stable below 35.
Bro how did you fix up that spring seat? LMK!! I scooped one!
Previous owner placed hardware store springs under the seat and bolted them down/in using the stock bolt holes on both the seat and frame 🍻
@@star-k can you make a video of it i want to see i really need to know thanks
How does it handle hill climb
It does fine on most hills, once you start going up steeper inclines you will notice a rapid drop in acceleration but I usually get to the top of most residential hills going 20+ mph
More vids please
I have a race vlog to post this week and then I'll be doing another video on the roadrunner 🤙 thanks for tuning in!
@@star-k can u do a video on max range test of this in just one charge?
@@kriskrossdomingo1771 I eventually might run out of battery but I actually haven't let it die yet. I've gone 40 miles and still had charge. However since the battery gauge only has 4 bars you never really know when it's going to die. You just know that you have below 25% battery. I would say that 40-45 miles on a single charge is the real world range. If I ever do kill the battery and get stranded I'll be sure to upload that.
Does the front suspension work?
Yes! I get about a half an inch of travel out of it, but it is something.
This area 2:05 looks a lot like Ft. Myers.
Is this legal in some states for example New York
It is a street legal 'seated scooter' and should be legally treated as a normal electric scooter. As long as you don't get caught speeding I think you should be fine?
My friend you did a bang-up job on your video! Great job. I love my e-cruiser so much I ordered the Road Runner 3 weeks ago, they say it should be here by Christmas. A couple questions please, I hear people having locked up front suspensions, does yours work? Also any other tips for a new Rider on the road runner? New subscriber. Thank you very very much.
My suspension does work however you only get about half of an inch of travel on the fork. I recommend adding some padding to the seat if you ever plan to take it on a trail.
@@star-k
Emove Road Runner:
Is it stable or squirrely at 35 to 40mph?
Wheel 14" size, width?
Anybody mod the seat for better comfort?
Are you able to charge wo pulling out the battery, the charge port maybe blocked by frame?
Is it too small for a 6 feet tall guy, 150 lbs?
@@noformstyle it can get very squirrelly at pretty much any speed. The seat has industrial springs under it for added cushion. I'm 6ft 1 and 170, it's perfectly fine. My back doesn't hurt or anything after riding it for a while unless I'm on a trail.
@@star-k Thanks for reply, 😁
Can you charge wo pulling the battery?
Get here by Christmas of 2022?? Their website is saying their new batches are shipping mid to end of May
how did you mount that basket to the frame?
Ziptied it right to the frame with 4 12lb rated zipties. Shouldn't go anywhere!
@@star-k thanks for the info!
where you get that nest?
The center basket? That's just a 7 inch "fruit basket" off of Amazon that I ziptied to the frame to hold my just while I'm riding because I don't like having a sweaty shirt from a backpack when I get where I'm going.
@@star-k thank you man .. is just i bought another battery so i can do uber eats but i don't know where to put it .. i've tried racks , netting ..and now i'm just thinking about a welder but idk ..
For that price what are you expecting you want the same performance as a Sur Ron are you kidding me.
Didn't complain about it much honestly. I think it's great for it's price and has more power than most things within it's range. It's definitely not a surron or onyx but that's not what it's trying to be as I showed.
Aren’t sur-Ron like 4k? These retail at like 1500?
Apparently not legal on the roads tho
No gloves=NOOB
it's just not safe to go that fast on something that's NOT a motorcycle.
I highly disagree. I believe that 45mph is a very realistic and acceptable speed for these vehicles. If ridden with sense and respect, they are generally safe.
@@star-k duh you're wrong.
@@Al_Dente-d1p okay Bob.
@@star-k okay Jim
No hill test yet you could of!!! Waste of our time & money 💰😞!!!👎👎🤡
A comment from a person with no skills, no money, and nothing better to do than complain about a video on the Internet. Waste of my time.
@@star-k What do you even know about me??!!
Obviously you're not even a psychic...etc.
No gloves!!! 🤡.
You can't even afford it.
Does the front suspension work?
You get a whole half an inch of travel. It works, but that's all that you get 🤷
@@star-k Thanks. That's better than 0 in another review.
@@SuperBaylisstic yeah it does move, just ever so slightly. It's enough for road travel but it'll really shake you up on the trails that they advertise this one being capable of.
