I just managed to finally work out how to do the Geogessr Scottish Grounds game - you just pipped me with your score ... lol ! But I was more than happy with 24,888 points on my very first attempt ...seriously addictive !! Thanks for posting the video and itroducing me to it :-)
Good vid Sam. Interesting game. Looks like fun. Look forward to your new vids when the Leagues 1 and 2 and the Scottish cup starts again. Not forgetting the SWPL 👍
Gayfield is Arbroath's home ground. It was lovely how welcoming the chairman and groundsman were to you there. But I can imagine that it would get very cold there next to the North Sea on a Saturday afternoon in January.
You should rank the 42 clubs in terms of size. You could always do a cop out when it comes to Celtic or Rangers and then Aberdeen, Hearts or Hibs but it would be interesting to see what the SPFL leagues would look like if they were made up on club size.
That's a good one , my list in my opinion 1 Celtic 2 rangers 3 hearts 4 Hibs 5 Aberdeen 4th n 5th be close 6 Dundee 7 killie 8 Dundee u 9 st mirren 10 falkirk
Just discovered Geoguessr. Really fun to do. Agree they could do with more obscure stadiums. There's world and European ones too which may appeal to a well travelled guy like yourself
Can you do a tour of 4 stadiums in the north west within 20 miles of each other, Deepdale (Preston) Bloomfield Rd (Blackpool) Highbury (Fleetwood) and Mill Farm (AFC Fylde)
Nice one mate, there is a lot of history for you to learn about with Preston North End and Blackpool plus you will love AFC Fyldes fantastic new little stadium which also has its own sports bar
Hi Sam have you ever thought of getting a drone and if you can't get access to a football ground you could get some drone footage of the inside of the stadium not when a game was bei played
Alan Shields Hamilton South Lanarkshire Scotland There is another Channel I watch Sam could Post 2 Post Productions & Neil sometimes plays GeoGuesser aswell on that channel sometimes buy himself sometimes with his Dad. The fact you got Saint Johnstone twice is nothing to strange it sometimes happens with GeoGessser I have seen it happen when Neil plays it sometimes. Would be interested to see how you got on with an A - League GeoGuessser if possible. It has now been a year since we last had fans in Scottish Stadiums. Hearts Owner Ann Budge has sead she thinks it will be next year before fans are allowed in Scottish Football Stadium's that's her view I dont think it will be as long as that presently I think August is realistic. King Kenny Dalglish turned 70 on Wednesday. It's alright watching games on T.V but it's the social aspect of actually going to games & not haveing that I would say thats the frustrating part football wise of this Pandemic for me.
Hey Alan, cheers for watching! I can't wait for fans to get back, absolutely mad to think it was an entire year ago now. Nicola has said about the EUROs being hosted in Scotland, so I imagine after that then supporters will be allowed back into grounds. Got a few games lined up for March now football has restarted in L1, L2 and SC. Will look to see if I can do more GeoGuessrs!
Sam why not try searching Scottish clubs nicknames ie why are Dunfermline named the pars , some interesting stories behind some names ,I think the pars have a few different reasons why known as the that , Plymouth argyle rifles is one to do with the navy base nearby, another is the parallel black n white striped shirts. , My fav is they were always to parralletic to play as we're always drunk ,those are 3 that are associated with the nickname or close too anyway
@@FootyAdventures Sam , I think bonnyrigg rose can claim to have had a worldwide star ,that's wore the their strip 007 Sean Connery , I bet that's difficult to beat ,I can't think of a club that would top that claim lol
I will be going to some matches soon as football is due to restart in Scotland! Follow me on Twitter to keep updated... twitter.com/The_Sam_North
