I got Baptized in Douglas Lake in Tennessee. It was the Middle of November. I walked into that water and cold it was not. I went under the water and back up and I know the sweet Lord kept me from being cold. Phil I started watching this Pod cast about a week ago. I have never felt so close to the Lord. Your story and the gospel you, your children. and friends that do these pod cast have reached so many people. Thank you and may the Lord protect you and your family.
I was always up in the air about Duck Dynasty because my faith and patriotism has changed in the past few years of my life but I was moved a bit to finally see a man like Phil Robertson who hardly ever shows any emotion becomed moved to tears in that interview segment. Only God can move such a hardened and emotionless person to tears and no one else can even begin to. God is good beyond measure 😊.

I’ve watched that scene with Phil twice now, and when he gets choked up, I get tears in my eyes. Such a powerful testimony how God can take the broken and restore and redeem them. ❤ Phil’s reaction to the guy he led to Lord, shows how much he loves others.
A wife and I saw the movie yesterday, and it was absolutely fantastic. The acting was not cheesy at all, and the cinematography was over the top. It was very well done!
Cry out unto the Lord, surrendering yourself and heart until the Holy Spirit fills it, if you really want/need it. It can happen like that too. Baptism by the Holy Spirit is quite powerful and can sustain you until you find your own fellowship. Keep reading the Word as well. Good luck and many blessings on your journey!❤

My dad was worse than Phil I was 4 my sister was 7 when our dad tried to drown us I heard a voice telling me to follow the light I saw my sister struggle under the water I couldn't touch the bottom I grabbed her hand and pointed up and we walked out of the lake my mom grabbed us hugging thanking Jesus 🙏😇✝️ Our dad was mean bad bad drunk and though I didn't know who he was till I saw a Bible and he was there now I'm going to be 60 on Friday first day of Fall I'm here because of Jesus but why is your story my dad brought his mistress home to meet us he beat us unspeakable bad bad things and he quoted the Bible. I've been unashamed since 1976 when my sister and I finally asked Jesus into our hearts and to know no matter what our dad did to us Jesus was right there holding our hands🙏🙏😇✝️
@lindaebert789 I can't imagine my own father trying to murder me by drowning. My father did equally evil things to us he nearly killed my sister and regularly beat my mother and my siblings and me. He burned my mother with scalding water. Ironically, the hospital stay revealed cancer early enough to cure it. God does amazing things. My mother said when they told her she felt peace instead of fear knowing God used that abuse to save her life. It was an incredible event. This wasn't even the greatest miracle in her life but I've said enough

There is no doubt that Phil has been mightily used by God to spread the gospel and reach (at least) thousands of people. Phil has a great reward waiting for him. You mentioned the sister that never gave up on Phil, just think about the reward she has, she was the one that came before and reached Phil. Just imagine what would have happened if she had not. She also has a mighty reward. I am sure.
When some of Phil's family wanted to turn their backs on phil. Jan said he's going to a lot of people to Christ. I Honestly believe God sent a messenger to Jan.
