Preparation and ingredients:
Hello friends!
Cut 2 chicken fillets.
Welcome to our channel!
Add salt, black pepper, paprika and 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.

Cut 1 onion.
3 potatoes.
Add salt, black pepper and 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Place onions, potatoes and chicken fillet in foil molds.
Cut 6 mushrooms and place the fillet on top.
Salt, cover with a lid and bake at 200°C for 25 minutes.
Cut 2 boiled beets.
Chop 1 purple onion.
50 g canned corn, 1 clove of garlic.
Chop dill and parsley.
Add salt, black pepper and 3 tablespoons olive oil.
Cut 1 tomato.
Grate 100 grams of cheese.
Add 1 egg and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
Pour the mixture over the mushrooms and bake for a further 15 minutes at 200°C.
Mmmm - that's delicious!

Echt so. Die sollten Lecker Langsam heißen
Das ist eine Zeitraffer. In der Fachsprsche der deutschen Sprache nennt man das so.
Die erzählte Zeit ist dabei quantitativer als die Erzählzeit.
Ich hab vorgespult immer wieder, hab es nicht ausgehalten😅
Und dann noch dieses einschläfernde Gedudel! 🙈 😅 Aber davon abgesehen, ist das auch echt nichts, was ich kochen oder essen würde. Is wohl eher was für Koch-Anfänger. Mir wirklich zu simple. Und dann auch noch umweltunfreundlich in Alu-Einweg-Schalen mit Verbundstoffdeckeln gegart. Das muss wirklich nicht sein.
und dann noch so widerliche Alu einweg Dinger aus denen sich beim kochen das Aluminium herauslöst richtig lecker

Also it's so important to use 1 board, or at least one side of a board, and reserve it for raw meat and seafood. You should mark the side of the board with a permanent marker. Because the raw meat never completely is removed from the cutting board, you could become ill if you use it to chop anything else.

Ich hoffe, dass das Messer mit dem ihr das Gemüse und die Zwiebeln schneidet ein anderes ist wie das Messer mit dem ihr Fleisch schneidet. Denn ansonsten wäre aus meiner Sicht eine kreuzkontamination vorhanden

Ich bin zwar nicht wirklich ein Fleischesser aber so'n Hähnchenbrustfilet ist ziemlich teuer geworden.. genauso wie die Pilze ( in Vergleich zu vorher) also weiß ich nicht ob man das jeden Tag machen könnte xD
Außerdem sieht es nicht wirklich Gesund aus haha

the only issue i can see with this recipe is a purely personal one. i have terrible problem with corn so with all the salad recipes etc i have seen that contain this, i have been considering just eliminating if i cannot find a suitable substitute
