they probably messed up the script. the youtuber who made the video is actually very knowledgable about F1, and these mistakes happen all the time. it isnt like as if these youtubers just wing it without one.
If that's the case then they did a horrid job on this one. Using random clips, litteraly before every crash "THIS was the WORST!!!! moment in F1 history" "THIS Changed F1 FOREVER!!!" "this RUINED!!! this drivers CAREER!!!" and it Seems like the guy can't let a clip play for more than 5 seconds, especially on the zhou crash @thebritishmotorsportfan
@BwoahKimi-g3l Is he wrong on that though? These were some of the worst and most memorable crashes and career ruining moments. To say Senna, Hubert, Grosjean, Lauda's or Stewarts crashes and experiences didn't change F1 forever, completely ignores the history and dangerous realities of being an F1 driver. All of these crashes are why we see the safety measures in places, we have today, point blank.
The cause behind Ayrton Senna crash was that his steering column snapped and sent him into the wall and impact of the collision sent his wheel up and hit him in the resulting in his injuries
F1 is definitely a dangerous sport. There are so many unfortunate fatalities from f1. Back in the early days drivers wouldn’t even wear seatbelts and it commonly known by f1 drivers that any given race could be their last.
A few of these are the some if the most brutal crashes, like Lauda, the San Marino GP crashes, Bianchi, etc, but most of them are minor accidents like the Baku one which hurt the team and relationships more than anything else. One of the often forgotten most brutal crashes has got to be the Tom Pryce accident from 1977 South African GP (if Im not mistaken?), killed a marshall and a driver. Footage is on youtube but I wouldn't recommend watching it, its genuinly horrible.
4:26 - It is worth looking in a documentation of the San Marino 1994 F1 weekend. It began with a minor incident with Brasilian driver Rubens Barrichello in first Qualifying on friday, he recovered from the injuries but couldnt start in the race. The next day on Saturday Austrian Driver Roland Ratzenberger died during second Qualifying and on Race Day, Brasilian Driver Ayrton Senna died. Ayrton had even an Austrian Flag in his car, presumably to wave on his parade-lap after the race to honor the dead Roland Ratzenberger. 8:31 - Also it is worth looking into a documentation about the crash 1976 Nürburgring. This Track is a 20.83km (~13miles) long track. It had a history of different things, bad coverage of rescue stations around the track, different weather zones along the track, so the start could be dry. But on the other side it is wet. and on the third side it may snow... (It had happened). And what had leading to the crash, may be a car failure on the rear axle which send him in that direction into the wall.
I'd seriously recommend Rick's F1 Addiction for more f1 content. He has an f1 explained video that covers more of the fan culture compared to the other video you watched, and an f1 meme iceberg that is really fun. He's very popular and well liked in tbe f1 community.
The earliest days in motorsport and what we now know as modern day F1 were horrific. About 1% of drivers would die PER season. Super early days, the drivers would have a drum of gasoline right behind them, no fire suit, no seatbelt, no protection from crush injuries, appalling steering, and no helmet. If ever they crashed, they would easily be ignited and die or suffer head/bodily injuries that led to their deaths. It wasn't just the drivers either. Fans were held back by little more than a rope practically on the track, and when the cars veered off, that was the end of them, often while the race continued on as if nothing happened. It was always argued that the danger is what made the racing exciting, and all the drivers knew that. It took A LOT to see the safety regulations on track today. In modern times, there are so many accounts of drivers for instance, battling against the Halo or the Hans, but then later on being saved by them. It's a testament to every single person who kept pushing for these changes, because none were instantaneous, even have horrific accidents.
Hubert's crash was seriously bad, after crashing against the wall, his car spun in the centre of the track sideways facing, he had no chance, the speed of the on coming F2 car speared him directly sideways and was crushed by the impact.
Hey, I've been loving your reactions!! I think a great video would be formula 1 explained by an idiot by rick's f1 addiction. All of his videos are great!
in the 50th-to mid 70th it was normal losing 2-4 Drivers every year but this Drivers driving in different Raceseries in the same year so the most don´t die in a F1 Race. for example take Jim Clark maybe the best Driver of all Time started 1966 in Australien Tasman Series, Australien Formel 2, French Formel 2, English F2, Formel 1, Indy 500 and won all of them. He chancel his Monaco F1 Race for the Indy 500 and on Top he also drive in a Lotus Cortina Touringcar Races and 1968 he died in a Formel 2 Race. He was involved in the biggest Formel 1 Accident of all Time 1961 in his first F1 year for Collin Capman(Lotus). He collided in Monza with the German Ferrari Driver Graf Berghe von Trips, von Trips died and his Car fly into the Spectators 15 are killed and 50 more are injured.
Those crashes are NOT the most brutal crashes in F1 history... i mean watch the one of von Trips in the 60ths or Bandini in Monaco or Petersen in Monza. And even the mass crashes like the one in Belgium 1998 are completely skipped by the video. Also to notice is that you really have to react to the Lauda movie (the driver with the severe head burnings). And you really have to react to one of the Senna docus, but not the one of Netflix of course... Senna is THE legend of F1, winning 3x drivers world championship and the storys about him have always something mystical and religious. One example: the night before his dead (and the night after Ratzenbergers loss) he read the bible (Senna was strongly religious). Here he read a passage which says "tomorrow I will give you the biggest gift" (paraphrased). And even minutes before the race start he got caught by cameras looking extremely afraid and looking around like he is in a parallel universe while sitting into his car. And thats not all because normaly he already has his helmet on but not in that case. And about his deadly crash a few minutes later there are even more discussions. Senna is known as THE driver of pure speed, passion, talent and aggressiveness. His rivalry with Alain Prost is legendary.
2016 was the year rosberg became champion and finally beat Lewis Hamilton, who had alwats bested him since karting. It got competitive between them, Rosberg did everything to beat Lewis and retired the same year he won. As far as I know, their relationship is on good terms, though. Lewis sends gifts to Rosberg's children every Christmas i heard.
The most horrifying crash captured on film.. was Tom Pryce's crash in South Africa in 1977... During the race, one of the cars had an issue with it's exhaust.. so it stopped on the side of the road, 2 track employees rushed to the other side, but one of them was hit by Tom Pryce, ripping the guy to pieces! The fire extuingisher his Tom Pryce on the head and the car kept on going, it hit Jacques Laffite and both cars crashed, Jacques Lafitte stepped out to confront Tom Pryce, but he only saw a dead body in the car... ua-cam.com/video/q99k2r6GeS4/v-deo.html
The video yall watched has no idea what they’re talking about🤦🏽♂️ straight up misinformation about some of the most famous accidents yet they can’t get the simple facts right
Shitty video to react to, but thats not you guys' fault. There are way, way better videos where they actually show the full crashes, instead of this shitty ass vid.
Rosberg was not the jealous one it was Hamilton Hamilton won the Championchip a couple times at this point but Rosberg was the better driver in this season and on his way to his first Championchip Hamilton was salty and Mercedes also wanted Rosberg to just go out of the way so Hamilton can win again but Rosberg was not having it so i guess Hamilton was kinda like if i don't win you don't win either
This video is so bad in so many levels, facts are mixed up, dates are incorrect, bad research. Who recommended it to you?
Yeah romains crash was 2020 not 2018
Came here to say the same thing, most of these crashes are captured on video, why tease with not showing them
Lmao the fact that it was jumping in and out of devastating parts was crazy
And to much talking guess he likes the sound of his voice
5:27 "2018"!?! Seriously, 2018!? IT WAS 2020, whoever made that video must have 0 f1 knowledge 🤧

Bro made 1 mistake and you call him immediately an idiot
"Most BRUTAL Crashes In F1"
*Proceed to talk about a stupid "beef" between teammates...*
Lot of untrue statements in the original video...
8:31 There is a movie about Niki Lauda’s crash called Rush. It’s such a great movie.
A piece of art really , greetings to Ron Howard 🎉
It features the crash but is more about his rivalry with James Hunt that year
It ain’t about his crash, it’s about rivalry, the crash jus happened to be part of the story
please do the best f1 radios of the decade
The entire 1994 F1 season was cursed with horrendous crashes and incidents
Whoever made this video, is helping the case for Kim Jong Un's policy, of why people shouldn't be allowed internet access.

That guy who was wirh Lewis Hamitlon is Nico Rosberg. He won the drivers world Championship in 2016 and Rosberg vs Hamilton was a great rivalry
You should react to just how bad was nikita mazepin in f1 by On Track it is a good video about one of the worst f1 drivers in recent history
Audio mix seems like it might be off, kinda hard to hear you guys in the video. Love all the F1 reactions regardless tho!

3:34 Senna went of at the speed if 190 Mph but hit the concrete Wall at 130 Mph
Suggestion: watch a video about the 2021 Rivalry between Hamilton and Verstappen. The latest season with a Title Decider at the last race.
9:16: “Australian driver”... Nope. Austrian driver. The country in Europe, the country without an "al" in it´s name and without kangaroos. ;-)
hi uk here ❤
Please react to Formular 1 Meme iceberg, it explains F1 to you in a funny way
