not surprised yuri was picked. She's seems easy to work with and down for any adventure. Same for any SNSD members. Their variety skills are top notched and they known for their amazing work ethic in the industry.

Jaesuk's sharp eyes, he aimed Yuri even from a very long time ago but couldn't since Yuri so busy. Just now after GG comeback Yuri can spare her time for another shot. Jaesuk also make Mijoo a big star in varshow right now even tho her parents against it at first because of Mijoo image as idol.
actually the filming already finished about December last year. If you have watched the first three episodes you will realise that it was filming in winter.

I'm glad that our black pearl's talent in variety shows is greatly appreciated and that she could make her time to do that. I wish The Zone had more than 8 episodes, or at least there will be season 2 with the same casts >_

The trio is really fun. I love how Jaesuk looks after his juniors. He saw potential in Mijoo and Yuri. Serious eye for talent

All SNSD members are funny and did well in variety shows but Yuri is built different. You won't know what she thinks and she always does something amused and surprised in shows. Like Soshi Tamtam, there are epic moments in every episode.
all snsd members are very talented on variety shows, even taeyeon who is famous for being quiet can be funny in nolto(amazing saturday)

I'm old fan of SNSD, since the beginning I always feel Yuri deserves MORE attention. She got attention ofc, but I mean her potential is still buried, need to be seen. It's bc ppl tend to see Yoona (no hard feeling, she deserves the attention, love her💙). Yoona is innocent and pretty, Yuri is pretty, the kind of sexy type but elegant like Lee Hyori. As for variety skills, ALL SNSD has it no doubt,, Thank you to jaesuk giving Yuri chance to show more of her charm in the variety show. SNSD fighting💙

So glad she's shining now. Had my eyes on her since a long time ago as my fave GG member along with Taeyeon but people were blind to see her potential. My fave part about Yuri is that she doesn't act cute (or need to) to gain attention. All those cloying, cheesy act cute kinda stuff, none from her. She also has a v likeable personality.
Doing a kwang soo and yoo jae seok duo is brilliant but adding a female cast member brings in more laughter too

Love Yuri since in Invincible Youth S1. Yes she is very funny with her humor. He just be herself even sunny and other member remind her that she is gg but she never cares about that title.. her humorous on another level.. in Good Job alongside Jung Ilwoo. Cant stop laughing because she was so funny. Ilwoo treats her really well

What I mean is since Yuri not appear a lot in variety show that has comedy element, casting Yuri in The Zone Survival variety show is a perfect show and right time for Yuri to show her other charms & funny side to others who maybe know her name and career but not her other personality.
I know she appear in Running Man back then and others variety show, but since this show cast her as a main cast member, it totally make Yuri show her new character that I don't even know she can be this too funny 🤣🤣🤣. I'm shock knowing that she smack Kwang Soo head beside Ji Hyo in The Zone🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

YJS will always take care of someone who have the potential, and of course work hard and sincere, look at some talent who work with him like Lee Mijoo, Song Jihyo, Kwangsoo, Hwasa, Park Minyoung, Sejeong, Jessi, etc

yuri is so funny, she always suddenly lost control during variety show and start dancing nonstop 😂back then yuri and sunny also hosted one of the variety show with many members from other second gen girl groups particpating...thats why they supported Tara during their tough times when other idol groups avoided them...she is very kind, like other gg members, because they also suffered when they first debut and got bullied and hated for a long time...

Kwang Soo can focus on acting right now.. Running Man is different with seasonal variety show like this.. They can finish filming variety show like this just in a few week.. Running Man is a weekend variety show and they need new ep every week.. RM filming every week on Monday or Tuesday.. So a bit hard to focus on acting..

The Netflix show you're referring is recorded while he was still with the Running Man team.
This new show on Disney+ takes shorter time period to record. 8 episodes and shorter filming period compares to Running Man.
