Mine didn’t come with those Mars apps preinstalled, any idea how can I install them??

Just reset the box, make sure you have an internet connection enabled and leave the box for about 10 minutes and they should pop up.
If that doesn’t work contact your seller/manufacturer with your MAC address so they can get it activated
