This waitress was certainly a great comedian. She was able to serve with a straight face. I laughed so hard and cried when she brought him an extra side of foam. I totally lost it.

She is Alans Funts granddaughter, Peters niece. Shes appeared in a few of candid cameras , but here she looks amazing she lost alot of weight by the time she did this one. Shes a singer and actress

What network did CC run on at this time? How many years was this run?
OK took a little digging but this episode was part of the 2014 reboot of the series on TVLand. It ran for a season but wasn't renewed. This particular episode aired August 19 2014 and was Episode 5 of the season.
This was filmed in the late 1990s - early 2000s.
