@aletaisrael your kitchen space alone including the pantry is a complete one bedroom house equivalent if the kitchen space was an open kitchen living area with diner and the pantry as a bedroom. Excluding your current living area which is more than a half court size. Well done. That primary bathroom you have is way bigger than most studio flats people have.
@AletaIsrael for real sis, but I got you because I had same issues with the size on the design to reality, now I am thinking to modify the building into apartments instead and have a penthouse on top or build a reasonable size one on the side for myself.

@ That’s the problem with Africa. Citizens are asking for roads, electricity, water etc but do not want to pay taxes. In the US your property tax is more than your mortgage in some cases.

Hello, I love your house how many square feet is your entire house. And how high are your ceilings on the first and second floor? Also, do you have a rooftop deck? I can’t remember I like it. There are property taxes. May not be as much as the US but there are taxes.

@ That’s the problem with Africa. Citizens are asking for roads, electricity, water etc but do not want to pay taxes. In the US your property tax is more than your mortgage in some cases.

Lands here are tribal not corporate as in USA where capitalism commercializes poor people and they lose homes. African nations that fail, it is poor management & corruption, not taxes. We don’t need billionaires but a functioning system and a home is the best safety net. Hope you understand.
