Amanda, I see why your cats are peeing. You’re going to need to put more litter boxes throughout the house. With 4 cats there should be a minimum of 7 boxes, think of it like 2 boxes per cat. Felines don’t like sharing their litter boxes at all. I implore you to watch all of Jackson Galaxy’s videos about litter boxes, I can’t emphasize this enough.

Girl, let me tell you, I have spent most of today being so overwhelmed and frustrated with the state of my house and all it's going to take to get it back in order, but when I got the notification that you had posted a video, I turned it on immediately. Your voice is so calming, and while I appreciate the peppy voices and pop jams to get me motivated, I needed your gentle reminders and softer music on this day. My strategy has been that every year I allow myself to buy three new/thrifted seasonal decorations or spend up to 5-10$ in dollar tree. Thus far it's been only four years of marriage so I still don't have a whole lot but it's a lot more than I started with! Which was none hahah. Anyway, I like my little strategy to slowly build up my decor without breaking the bank! It keeps me from feeling down about starting small since every year it keeps looking better and better! Two years ago I was given a fall baby shower and I was able to save a few of the decorations and reuse for the house which was awesome too!
The holidays will never be the same since losing our son last December. Prayers are always welcome for my sweet soul Andrew. He was the kid every parent wished for. Love your channel. Keeps me sane. ❤️. Your home is gorgeous.

It is early Spring here in Australia. Generally Australians don't do much seasonal decorating but we do decorate for Christmas, which I love, so I'm looking forward to that. In my house, decor is mostly artwork, plants/flowers, candles/incense and ceramics. Oh, and the ubiquitous cushions, haha - everywhere
You are so incredibly sweet! My husband and I have been married for 5 years and I’m currently pregnant with our third child, we’re finally in a place in our lives we feel like we can start to purchase the extra decor, since we have basically everything we and our oldest 2 boys need and our home is finally fully furnished! When we got married we were 18 and 19 years old, but we were very fortunate my mom gifted us some of her old decor, but we have a different style than she does, but I’ve slowly been able to take down some of the old and mix in our own style as well as keeping the sentiment of her generosity. My mom always had a very elaborate decorated home and I never realized just how much I appreciated a decorated home until I was married with bare walls and shelves, and I’m so grateful for my mom for giving me the love of decorating. This is our third year in Georgia and it’s starting to get slightly cooler (mid 80’s), but we’ve been getting a ton of rain! I’ve heard we might have below average temperatures this fall and winter so I’m really hoping we might see a little snow, it’s probably a long shot, but I’m trying to stay positive!!
I’m decorating very minimally as I’m beginning the process of downsizing. I will be retiring in a few years and want to have less to move when I possibly relocate. Loved how your fall decor turned out. You definitely have the gift of decorating!

I'm in Wisconsin, heading into Fall. Fall is my favorite!!! The beautiful trees are changing colors, mums, Fall candles, honey crisp apples at the orchards, pumpkins, 60s-70s for temps...I love it!!

I think a lot of people are depressed, I am. I just want you to know you that you will feel better. Try to think of good things. It's helped me so much. I had covid and it has taken me a month to get to feeling better. So take time for yourself. I do hope you feel better soon! Love yourself your worth it!
I too am struggling with depression. My mom died of COVID in December and it sent me reeling. Amanda's videos definitely lift my spirits and motivate me to move forward.

I live in Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦....near Ottawa, our capital city. It's a gorgeous sunny day here 72F. I'm actually at the stage in my life where I'm decluttering...lol.....I decorate my hair salon for the seasons but I prefer a more minimal vibe at home. My seasonal vibe at home is seasonal scented candles 🕯 👍

We just bought our first home a week ago. I've been going through tough times feeling like we have saved so aggressively for many years just for housing to go up 200k in 1.5 years, as much as we saved in many years. I still have a tough time with it but it's helped to try to feel grateful instead for the fact that we got a house at all (a pipe dream for many in CA) and it's very close to my sister and future neice or nephew. I also feel so happy seeing these types of videos and thinking about decorating our place in the future. I think it will continue to feel more like home over the years. I live in Connecticut and it has been in the 70’s and low 80’s here. In just a few weeks it will definitely be a little chilly! Fall to me, marks the beginning of the Holiday season!!! My kids and I decorated for Fall/Halloween a few days ago. It’s obviously the kids favorite so we love to see them happy! Your home is so beautiful. I Love watching your videos. It Always gets me in the mood to clean and start new projects! Also, I know the feeling. My mom would go all out for holidays and when I moved out on my own with my kids, I knew I wanted to do the same for my kids and make our house a home. So for the past few years, after the holidays, I’d get whatever I could on clearance and eventually I had quite a bit to put out. After a few moves thru out the years and having a “family” member get into my stuff while moving out, a lot of my things were missing. We just moved about 10 months ago, and I finally got our storage room cleaned out and saw alot of my decor was gone! So Heartbreaking! But, I got a lil money up and decided to go to the dollar tree and Walmart and my kids and I are making decor and bringing back the spirit! Takes time but it’s amazing at what you can do to transform a room and make little touches to make it nice and cozy. ❤️

I have been living in a little community with my family for the past ten years and about a month ago we decided to do a big step and move out to start our own little adventure. Yea my family thinks I’m crazy for watching people clean their houses, i live with all men. But what they don’t get is that you motivate me to get my stuff done. I love all the products you use , i even bought the vacuum! I live in Santa Ynez, Ca and while the days r still warm the nights r definitely cooling off. Fall is my all time favorite time of year. We can go to the beach during the day then come home and have a bonfire with friends outside wrapped up in big cozy blankets with something warm to drink. So thank you for inspiring me to get off my tush and finish up!

Thank you for that reminder and reality check. We recently moved cross country and we downsized about 70% of our belongings and then moved into a bigger house. I have been seeing all sorts of decor items and naturally I want to purchase them and decorate to make everything festive and homey, but I know we have to pace ourselves and only get the necessities for now.
Hi Amanda! I don`t have much decor but because I`m very minimal, I enjoy not having too much stuff, I feel so more relaxed if I don`t have many stuff. Besides that, it`s so much more easy to clean my apartment, It only takes me an hour or so to have all nice and tidy. I also don`t like to mop but since I purchased my Shark steam mop, It`s so much more fun to do it. The floor gets dry so fast , and all of this using just water. It really sanitizes every kind of floor and it`s safe for wooden floors too. For me it`s really important to take care of my home without too much effort. Maybe because I`m already in the 40`s I don`t know,l lol. Here in Portugal we`re starting to get rainy days but honestly, I don`t fell like Autumn yet. It still gets hot in Lisbon. Kids are back in school this week but my son is 18 so, he's trying to get to college this year...we`ll see...
I scrub my kitchen sink before I wash my dishes. I guess I like to start with clean sinks and then after I clean them again. Just like I will clean my whole kitchen before I cook. I don’t like cooking in a dirty kitchen. You have inspired me in so many ways, I thank you for that. I have about 4 Fall decorations. I’m getting ready to declutter my Christmas decorations, I have so many decorations that I don’t put out any more or I have grown tired of. Today, it is overcast. I was due to work but our system was down so I’m home. I have accomplished cleaning our bearded dragon, leopard gecko and veiled chameleon’s tanks. Yesterday, doctor gave me a cortisone shot in both of my elbows so I’m going to rest the rest of the day unless they call me back to work. Have a great day.
We've had some beautiful, sunny, low humidity days along with cool, almost cold nights...perfect for snuggling in under the covers and for sleeping...my favorite time of year. Love that gorgeous bouquet!

beautiful! I used to decorate for Halloween. This year I am trying my hand at fall decorating. Fall wreath (first time) and different pumpkins and squash to compliment other decor in my home. I love it!
The last two and half years have been hard. I’ve had a broken hip and femur because of tumors. I clearly am the cleaner in my house. I’ve just recently been up to get up and clean again. I live in an area with almost no cell service and no internet. So I’ve always listened to your videos while at work. I would get so motivate only to have zero ambition by the time I got home. We finally got internet yesterday and I was able to watch this video while I cleaned our master bed and bath!! So much more fun to clean WITH you. Thank you!!
Thank you for recommending the mop and bucket set. I found it on Wayfair and ordered it. Oh my gosh!! You are so right. The bucket...I'm recycling all of our old buckets. Tossing the mops! The mop width is extraordinary. Everything is lightweight so it's easy to move around. The pads clean up EVERYTHING! This set is amazing! I am currently in Nursing school while taking an Honors course and I literally have no extra time to even put fall decor up in my home this year. Decorating has been a passion of mine forever. My mom said it was embarrassing when I was younger I would move around other peoples decor to see if I liked it better. ( I was like 4)🤣Now that I just bought a house I know one day I will be able to make it the way I want. But I have to be patient and work hard. Thank you for sharing your earlier struggles. It made me just confirm how real you are.

I struggle with shelves too. Yours ended up nice. For some reason this year every area seemed a struggle except 1-2. I loved that you mentioned how we've all been in a place where we could not afford anything extra. Those times were a struggle but you're right you do appreciate them so much more when you can afford them. It also makes it so that when you do buy something you make sure you LOVE it so it can be around for years to come. I love all of your baskets and I especially love that wooden bowl on the kitchen table.

It feels like fall in Wisconsin! Cooler nights and campfires! Apple festivals and pumpkins everywhere, trees are just getting going with the change of colors.

Oh how I love Fall, the colors are my favorite. It’s still in the 90’s and won’t drop until November here, we wear shorts 10 months here. I like so much when you share recipes.
Fall has started here in Greece (at least in the north) but it still feels like summer during the day . It's chilly during the night and early in the morning. Usually the weather changes and gets cold in October. We usually decorate for Christmas season....but the last years more people decorate for other seasons! Love your videos! Fall is my favorite season..I live in Maine and the weather is getting cooler in the evenings and leaves starting to change..I love neutrals,wood tones and wicker so I decorate with those tones...Love your videos have been watching you for 2 years...

After not having a summer all of a sudden summer is here in The Netherlands.. so although I am ready to transition into fall, I need to wait until nature takes the lead ( which could be a matter of a day or days here, as the weather can change abruptly). Fall is absolutely my fav season

Fall is my absolute favorite time of the year! The crunch of the leaves under my feet and just the crisp cool air. Its getting cooler where I live and I love it. So happy to be able to sit after this long week of work and sports and watch this video 🥰
Oh I love mopping! I have light tiled floor im my kitchen diner so it's very satisfying seeing it being cleaned. Love your living room it's gorgeous!!!!

Here in Northwest Georgia we’re having highs in the 70s and lows in 60s and 50s. You are definitely beginning to feel fall in the air, especially in the evenings.

I too remember not being able to have the little extras. The kids and I used whatever we could find outside. Branches, leaves, pinecones, the kids made pumpkins and paper chains. Not fancy but we had fun and they were so proud of our "decor".

I feel ya, here in Florida it’s still 90s. I lived in Colorado for 2 years.. it is already cold there! Snowing in September.. that was a shocker moving there having been born in Florida haha. I think it so sweet you’re giving $50 for decor! God will bless continue to bless you for your generosity
