About Me: My Education and Design Journey
Welcome to my channel! I'm Shari, the creative mind behind Sunni Aesthetics. My passion for education, art, and design has been a lifelong journey, and I'm excited to share it with you.
My Education: I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Media with a minor in French Studies. This unique combination has allowed me to develop a keen eye for visual storytelling and a deep appreciation for cultural diversity. My academic journey provided me with a strong foundation in the fundamentals of art history, culture, and creative techniques, enriching my design perspective.
Teaching Experience: Besides my design work, I have extensive teaching experience in public schools and Montessori education. I've had the privilege of teaching art and design, sharing my knowledge and passion with students of all ages. My TEFL certification has also enabled me to teach English as a foreign language, expanding my impact globally. My teaching philosophy is grounded in the Montessori principles, focusing on fostering creativity, independence, and a love for learning in my students.
My Design Journey: From an early age, I found joy in painting and sketching, which sparked my interest in pursuing a career in design. Over the years, I've worked with numerous clients through my freelancing agency, Sunni Aesthetics. I collaborate with clients to create compelling brand identities, logos, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials here. My expertise extends to graphic design, digital media assets, web design, UI design, and mobile design, ensuring a comprehensive approach to every project.
