You can use a soft tulle for the skirt or a medium weight tulle (net). The one in the picture is a soft one. I don't have video on that yet but I will put it on my list. Thanks for watching

Just make the fold of the scuba and that of the lining to be facing each other, i.e, you fold them separately and sew them together instead of folding them together and sewing. I hope that makes sense.
