Your translation is ok, but itakimasu is more like God bless the meal, and at night is oyasumi nasai. Good job!!!!!

a2ivonne Added and editted for Itadakimasu.

You never want to say "Sayonara" as saying Goodbye unless you know you'll never see the person again. It means "Good bye forever" pretty much

    • @derschattenpoet
      @derschattenpoet 5 років тому +1

not realy. you actualy can say sayonara, but I know your point. Of cause it is far more nice to say "mata ne" or "dja ne" instead.

@rushnrussian12321 that's because a i u e, are just letters in Japan, alone they don't mean anything, and the last word is spelt ohayou which means good morning but informally i think, type ohayou into google translate and it shows it, you were missing the u off the end, hope i helped :)

mm Idk about that, but there are certain words that are more predominantly used by either female or male. For example, you can use "deshou" or "darou" to ask for agreement of confirmation at the end of a sentence; such as, "that's pretty, isn't it" But "deshou" is predominantly used by women and "darou" is mostly used by men. They mean the same thing, but one is seen as sounding more 'feminine' than the other.

No. It is written "ha" but it is still pronounced "wa". It is one of the rules. If you say Watashi ha, it doesn't make sence. There is no such thing. It is still pronounced Watashi wa.
