Lähdemme kuvaus kopterilla Kallahden venerannasta kohti keski Vuosaaren Cirrus tornitaloa.
Helsinkiin nousee nyt hurjaa vauhtia uusia tornitaloja.
Vuosaaren metroaseman ja kauppakeskus Columbuksen viereen nousee kaksi uutta tornitalo korttelia 2020 luvulla. Näihin tulee asuntoja jopa 2800 ja uusia asukkaita odotetaan n. 5000.
Tällä hetkellä Vuosaaren kaupunginosassa asuu n. 40.000 asukasta.
Uuden Delfiini korttelin korkeimmat tornitalot ovat 33 kerroksinen Atlas, ja 24 kerroksinen Hyper.
Nämä luovat viihtyisän korttelin Vuotien keskuskadun ja Aurinkolahden väliin.
VUOSAARI (ruots. Nordsjö) on meren rannalla sijaitseva Helsingin 54. kaupunginosa ja peruspiiri Itä-Helsingissä. Se on pinta-alaltaan (17,07 km²) Helsingin suurin kaupunginosa. Vuosaaressa sijaitsevat laajat Uutelan, Meri-Rastilan, Kallahdenniemen ja Mustavuoren ulkoilualueet. Se liitettiin Helsinkiin 1966 Helsingin maalaiskunnasta (nykyisestä Vantaasta),
jolloin Vantaa menetti lähes koko rannikkonsa.
Vuosaaressa oli vuoden 2020 lopussa 38 961 asukasta, joista suomen- tai saamenkielisiä on 68,7 prosenttia, ruotsinkielisiä 4,5 prosenttia ja muunkielisiä 26,8 prosenttia.
Vuosaaren kaupunginosa ja peruspiiri jakaantuu seuraaviin osa-alueisiin, joista viidellä ensiksi mainitulla on merkittävästi asutusta: Keski-Vuosaari, Kallahti, Meri Rastila, Rastila, Aurinkolahti,
Uutela, Niinisaari, Nordsjön kartano ja Mustavuori.
AURINKOLAHTI (ruots. Solvik) on nuori, kasvava, etelästä mereen rajoittuva asuinalue Itä-Helsingin Vuosaaressa. Naapurustoon kuuluvat Kallahti lännessä, KeskiVuosaari pohjoisessa,
Nordsjön kartanon alue koillisessa sekä Uutela idässä. Aurinkolahden alkuperäinen nimi oli Mustalahti, mutta markkinointisyistä se päätettiin vaihtaa Aurinkolahdeksi.

🇫🇮 VUOSAARI FROM THE AIR 🚁 SEE A GREAT DRONE 4K AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY OF EAST HELSINKI.
We take off with a drone copter from Kallahti’s boat beach towards the Cirrus tower house in central Vuosaari. New tower blocks are now being built in Helsinki at a breakneck pace. Several tower blocks and two new blocks of tower blocks will be built next to the Vuosaari metro station and shopping center in Columbus in the 2020s. There will be up to 2,800 apartments in these,
and 5,000 new residents are expected. Currently, the Vuosaari district has approx. 40,000 inhabitants.
The tallest tower blocks in the new Delfiini quarter are the 33-story Atlas and the 24-story Hyper.
These create a cozy block between Vuotie Keskuskatu and Aurinkolahti.
VUOSAARI (Swedish: Nordsjö) is Helsinki's 54th district and basic district in East Helsinki, located by the sea. It is the largest district in Helsinki by area (17.07 km²). Vuosaari is home to the large outdoor areas of Uutela, Meri-Rastila, Kallahdenniemi and Mustavuuori. It was annexed to Helsinki in 1966 by the municipality of Helsinki (present-day Vantaa) when Vantaa lost almost its entire coastline.
At the end of 2020, Vuosaari had 38,961 inhabitants, of which 68.7 percent speak Finnish or Sami, 4.5 percent speak Swedish, and 26.8 percent speak other languages.
The Vuosaari district and basic district is divided into the following sub-areas, of which the five first mentioned have significant population: Keski-Vuosaari, Kallahti, Meri-Rastila, Rastila, Aurinkolahti, Uutela, Niinisaari, Nordsjön mansion and Mustavuori.

Where's the city? All you can see are trees and tundra. It's like the worse version of North American city planning. Everything is separated from absolutely everything else.
Thanks, for the comment. This "tundra" is a district of eastern Helsinki. The core center is more urban. Helsinki is a green city, where you don't want a cold big city.
"Tundra" 😁This the eastern suburbs of Helsinki, 15 km/9 miles/20min from the city cente, connected by metro train system. This is a popluar area by the seaside. Many have their own boat here.
@@mikrokupu 100 meters to any direction, all you see are trees, trees and trees. Take a look at some random city, like Córdoba, Argetina, for example. You see a well designed, tight city and you still have parks and green spaces and you don't have to spread the city tens of kilometers outwards with huge amounts of wasted space. Or something closer to Finland. Copenhagen, Denmark. You have the old center, then you have roads going outwards with buildings built along the roads and the roads are actually connected to each other whereas in Finnish city design you have to take huge detours when the different neighbourhoords aren't really connected at all.And every single neighbourhood is separated form each other by tens or hundreds of meters of useless forests. Finland doesn't know how to build cities.
@@Xerdoz "useless forest" 😁 You can relax, Finn's are not forced to live close to the nature, that's the way we like it. Many even have a summer cottage by a lake/sea, in the middle of nowhere, chock horror! 😱
