Thank you for the most informative operation of this camera. the supplied manual sucks, other videos did not go into the actual button operations. I don't need it for underwater so the case is useless to me, however this unit will be applied to model railroad layouts and have videos shot as the trains are in movement. Again thank you for a detailed operation explanation, no more guessing. Saving this video for future reference.
I've got a couple of these that I want to set up with ContaCam to be used as surveillance cameras (connected to an old laptop) The issue is that I haven't found a way to make it act like a webcam... In that it transmits the video feed to the laptop. It just doesn't come up.... Any ideas???
Actually the WiFi performance is quite poor. The connection gets lost when the camera is in the next room or behind one or two walls. I have this model (SQ23) and I'm using a simple esp-01 with the WiFi repeater firmware applied to it to greatly extend the range and improve the connection to the camera. I'm using it on board of my arduino-over-bluetooth controlled car.
I think my SQ23 is malfunction. When I turn it on, the red dot (on power) blinks 5 times and then it shuts completely down. But it charges normally and the wi-fi function works normal also, I can connect it to my phone. But the recording is the issue, do you know how to fix this? Somebody with similiar problem?
Hello! We have the camera, we're interested in the recording section of it but when we follow the section of (1:14) it doesn't lead to record, it leads to Wifi mode. Any chance there was a change in the button prompt?

Many sellers advertising the camera with motion detection option! But me personally cant find it or using it...
