- Not much kills in this one run video but I personally believe that in War Thunder such way of flying smoothly, low and fast, fire a salvo and turn away is definitely more satisfying than getting 8 kills using a tank in such urban infantry maps.
This is what HIND was made for.

Removing the enemy cas with r60m and slapping the ground from close range with unguided rockets is very satisfying. Hind can be extremely good in the right hands.
But they didnt really had CAS and he didnt take them with him, otherwise he couldnt have used the unguided rockets so effectively and would had to fly back and reload them.
Are you able to first spawn with the r60's? Im still unlocking them and im curious to know as that would be awesome.

Surprisingly I was trying that yesterday, I was able to kill one BMP-2 only with 20mm Gatling Cannon. the accuracy of this gun is very bad :(
@@Hunter_i86 yeah the 20 mil is pretty bad but you turn every gun in a god weapon
Its more of an anti helicopter weapon because the knockback and spread is too big, to go for armored ground targets. When you get so close that it would make sense, you could already use the 40mm grenade launchers instead ^^
I had one game where I managed to kill a Beglightpanzer and Leo A1A1 both with the 40mm, landed to capture B, took off and got set on fire by a Gepard that respawned, PUT THE FIRE OUT and managed to fly to safety.
So happy we got more 30mm content so quickly after the last video. I don't think I'll ever get tired of it.

Nice question you really need the right maps for such a thing. Same with how he sometimes uses specific Maps for other helicopter videos like frozen pass.

Love your Hind videos! Has inspired me to seriously try some helicopter in ground RB for the first time! Using mi-24A in 9.0 I am always getting shot down stupidly fast no matter how low and fast I am...always some Bradley, Begleitpanzer, Marden or first spawn AA swatting me out of the sky! Gotten 2 kills in like 15 sorties or something! Those were however very satisfying!
Gotta bring it out at the right time. Single caps are a good time. Spawning when the team has thinned out and on maps with lots of terrain are best. Helps when you know the spaa have died
@@cutthroat795 SPAA is one thing...I seem to get shot down by Begleitpanzers or Bradleys more often than SPAA tbh, except when sniped by an M247 from like a galaxy far away...Falangas also has a bit too short range for my taste! Waiting for sale to get MI-24V and Shturms!

@@Faedz used to be calculated on the ground directly below and the distance from the aircraft to the heli. However now it’s based on distance from sea level. Making it much more difficult to fly at 2-3 meters consistently

Same. I try avoiding enemy cas and Anti Air by flying low but as soon as i stick my neck out and try to attack something, i get instantly shot at xD
Also Mi24 is hard to aim, its not good in making last second changes towards attack angle, compared to something like an AH-1 thats why you need to plan out your attack route very well before hand, as if you already know where the enemy is and this also requires great map knowledge.

any heli can be first spawned if you only take unguided rockets

Hello, the survivability rate highly increased because of flying low and fast will not let enemies spot you, but it is time consuming as well, so there are no much chances to kill a lot of ground vehicles.
Hey! How long did it take you to grind all those vehicles out you use in you videos? Or is there a certain point where you just use golden eagles and stop grinding?
Hello my friend, I didn't pay real money on WT but I used GE I got from events to get premium packs and grind nations, before the channel starts I had 4 full nations ground and air, and Gaijin monthly support helps a lot after I joined their partnership program in June 2020.

@@archieewing4973 Should be (Zoom axis) in the same path, or (Head movement: forward-backward). But looks more likely first thing.
