Can you show a good design for a 30x50 Sq ft (9.15x15.24 sq mtr) land parcel spacious design. Car parking, 2 wheeler parking, 1st floor with drawing, dinning, kitchen, washing area, common bath and bedroom. Front small area for garden and back little area for kitchen garden. One side open with 5 ft - note this will reduce build area for 30ft width. 2nd floor for 2 bedrooms and balcony / open site out
