Comparing my past with my present, i've noticed that a quite important factor in receiving a "yes" or "no" answer from my sacral center is health. By that i mean the food i consume/body fat or if there are any substances/drugs in my system at the moment i ask questions, because thinking logically, the human design system is tied to awareness, synchronicity and the vibrational frequency, otherwise one might not recognize the opportunities that appear. Considering that the majority of people don't have a healthy lifestyle, it'll be hard for them to give credence to their human design.
This makes sense. I believe for most people the process of connecting with their sacral response is tricky at first...whether or not they have a healthy lifestyle. It was difficult for me and I was quite healthy. But I agree that it would be harder with numbing effects from drugs/alcohol/food.
Before i found out about human design i've dabbled into astrology and a bit into numerology, so i had a bit of intuitional exercise. It's like you've said in one of your videos: it takes practice to better feel/hear the inner authority's answers.
If a person is an emotional generator and always in an emotional wave, how can they tell what they're resonating with and have energy for in the moment? Is it practical to wait for emotional clarity to do every single thing?
Hi there, absolutely not practical to interpret this as needing to wait for emotional clarity to do everything. However, in one way, that is really what ends up happening. Many times, it is clear in the moment what you feel like doing...and you just do it. Authority really relates to bigger decisions in life. But if someone asks me to go for coffee right then, I will definitely pause and feel into it, and even ask for a few minutes before I decide what feels right.
