The lean is often for show. Most People do pills like tramadolhydrochloride in Sweden, and / or maybe stuff like buprenorphine and "fake tramadol with rc-chems i gues / fent" But shure, their is some lean. But we dont have that around here like in the states. Then it would rather be ethyl-morfine syrup, not codein.
Codein is not big overall becouse they have nearly always have paracetamol mixed in them.
