Too bad it frayed it. It is a pretty kite.

Yes it is a very pretty kite. The fraying can be stopped with a little heat and I will try not to fly it in such high winds in the future. My sister got it for my daughter and my sister really wanted to see it fly. I knew better but it made them both happy to see it fly which is what kiting is all about. Thanks for watching.
