Your question is weirdly worded/misplaced. She (Catherine Tate's character) knows she can get a rise out of and take advantage of her colleague here who she deep down resents and likes to bully. The colleague is entirely too agreeable and wanting to keep the peace to speak her true mind and tell Tate's character to f*ck right off which she deserves. The comedy is very much in that. And I don't think we ever see the day where the colleague has just absolutely and thoroughly had it and either report's Tate's character, quits herself, or is successfully moved to another part of the office.
