You could totally do this for a tablet too! Use papertowel rolls and do the same method. you might have to make something on the bottom so it doesn't skid (due to weight) on smooth surfaces
Super easy! I didn't have any foam, so I used felt. Worked perfectly.
For those who do not have a glue gun. In the US they sell a product called Tacky Glue, it costs about $1.50 for a small bottle. It dries quickly and holds paper, foam, cardboard and wood products very securely. Not as fast as a glue gun though.
I made this today using the foam paper that has adhesive on it already. It came out pretty and holds the phone very well, which I had my doubts about it in the beginning. Thanks so much fir sharing this craft with us! 💛💚💜💙🧡

If you wanted to you could not cover the holes on the end then you could have a spot for your phone charger or ear buds
plus if you did the exact same thing but with paper towel rolls you could have a stand for a tablet

i think it would be cool to also make speakers out of this and leave out the fabric/foam on the sides, just cut a hole in the top big enough for the phone and it doubles as both

wow this is the only one that work ed for me
I made two of these but instead of using so much glue, I bought peel and stick glitter foam sheets. I just had to add glue at the seams. Also, I traced the ends on the backside of the peel and stick sheets and cut the rounds and peeled the paper and I did use glue as well on these. The first one was pink glitter and the second one was silver glitter with black glitter for holes. Awesome! So glamorous! I highly recommend this project!
