Hi Kryz! I'm glad that you're enjoying a new chapter in your life. 😊 I'm actually a licensed Dietitian, and regarding your concern about the food, one thing is for sure: we need to eat more veggies than meat (just like the food pyramid!). And also, eating steak everyday is not healthy more so if it's a fatty cut (e.g. ribeye, wagyu, etc). Meat fat is high in cholesterol and saturated fats. So better to eat meat with no visible fats. 😊
P.S. vegetables has protein too. 3grams carb, 1 gram protein per serving. ;)

I totally understand. When you mentioned long hair is harder, it’s actually the opposite because us with short hair. It’s hard because we can’t throw it up in a pony tail or bun. We have to style it right away or it’s a mess 😩

So the Colon Cancer can be a lot of things...and not just with meat. A little meat is great for our bodies/brains and it really depends what you're trying to achieve with your health. :) You're right about balance meals. People used to say “bagag lips” hahahaha! I was a child full of insecurity growing up. But now, as i come to an age where I get to see the bigger picture and I am able to love myself more kay love na kaayo nako everything about sa ako insecurities. I’m so thankful with beauty vloggers like you who helped a lot of insecure ladies to love and accept our flaws and imperfections. 💕

I've been doing the same these days and it is surprisingly enjoyable to just stay home. My husband and i eat vert differently as well. I am a pescetarian or sometimes eat eggs like twice a week. I always watch my weight. I am married to him for almost 3 yrs now and he just eat meat twice a week and he learned to eat the foods that i am cooking for him which is vegetarian and more vegetables. Dont worry kryz as the years goes by he will learn how to eat the same diet as yours :)
