Under the AEC's "Interference with Political Liberty"
      21. "Unique to the Electoral Act, subsection 327(2) provides that a person must not discriminate against another person on the ground of the other person making a donation to a political party, candidate or group by denying the person access to membership of certain groups; by not allowing the person to work or continue to work; or by subjecting the person to any form of intimidation or coercion or any other detriment."
      22. If a person is found guilty of this offence, a court may impose a penalty of imprisonment for up to 2 years or 50 penalty units, or both. If a body corporate is found guilty of this offence, a court may impose a penalty of 200 penalty units.

      27. If someone suspects another person or persons of committing an offence under these (or any other) provisions of the Electoral Act or Referendum Act, there are a number of avenues available. These vary depending on the circumstances.
      28. Concerns about electoral offences, or knowledge of any suspected breaches of the law, can be reported directly to the Australian Federal Police (AFP).
      33. Anyone who is aware of a breach (or possible breach) of ss 325A, 326 or 327 (or the Referendum Act equivalents) is encouraged to notify the AEC. The complainant should provide as much information as possible to enable assessment of the alleged breach. Evidence from which the AEC can make a formal assessment of its compliance with the law should accompany complaints. Where any of these provisions appear to have been contravened, the AEC may refer the matter to the AFP for investigation, and a brief of evidence may be referred to the CDPP for advice. In line with the Prosecution Policy of the Commonwealth, the CDPP then decides whether the alleged offender should be prosecuted.

      Understand them.
Stupids/psychos/academics are sooo similar, it's the same family.
50% of people MUST be below average intelligence, that's how averages work, and that's where Labor, Greens, and Teal get most of their votes. From Reverse Flynn Effect victims, Unconscious Incompetents at the bottom of the Dunning-Kruger graph and the just plain stupids
Not all Lefties are stupid, although they do support 170 years of worldwide Left failure, the destruction of 30 countries, and killing of 200 million people.
There has never been a single successful Government, industry, product, or even a job created using Leftist principles anywhere on Earth. Nothing. The Left has failed in every endeavour in every country on Earth, not one success, innovation, initiative, creation or achievement for humanity that Financial Conservatives haven't paid for, that includes civilisation plus everything you can see or will ever see. The Left can only ever exist as a parasite on the work and organisational capacity of Financial Conservatives.
There is some seriously fkd up reasoning by Leftstupids.
      So.
We know the Left also benefits greatly from the 20% of people who have some degree of antisocial behavioural disorder. The psychos, parasites, MALCONTENTS, and it is THEY that are the problem here. These highly 'edumacatererd' people honestly believe learning someone else's work makes them a genius. They are desperate for praise. Actually, I have a parrot that can learn other people's words. It doesn't expect applause or platitudes.
Put it this way. If a person, any person, supports 170 years of worldwide Left failure, the destruction of 30 countries and killing of 200 million people without the Left EVER having advanced civilisation, that person has CLEARLY demonstrated either stupidity or a psychosis
. Or they just haven't grown up.
Therefore, that person's opinion isn't worth shit.
Added to the Leftstupid malcontent/psycho/antisocial/juvenile group, we can add the 5 in 200 people who ENJOY their Psychopathy/Sociopathy and/or Machiavellianism, not forgetting the Narcissists who rush to lead Leftstupids the way flies are drawn to shit. Destruction is the commonality of the psycho etc group. The Left destroys, Financial Conservatives build.
      That's all, that's it.
Those nominated groups comprise the psycho component of the Left voting and cheerleading group.
We know stupids and psychos hate success and successful people only because they, themselves, stink of failure, jealousy, inferiority, insanity, discontent and disconnection, aaannd the stupids.
Achievers can actually smell the stench of their failure in the words they write and speak.
And doesn't it stink horribly near Universities.
That's it, Leftstupids and their failure explained.

The blind and outrageous arrogance of the executive authorities and senior leadership of Charles Darwin University to involve itself in as an institution in commonwealth constitutional matters and politics to begin with is egregious enough, but this statement of Associate Professor Bea Staley is utterly foul in its wording, insinuation and thinly veiled threat of career hindrance! Staley's remarks were sent deliberately to students, in a formal correspondence letter, in her capacity as an Associate Professor. These aforementioned circumstances render her remarks, in context, an unacceptable and improper action expression.

As it is I believe The Voice will be damaging to aboriginal and Torres Islander peoples by not solving any of their problems and not delivery any better outcomes in the short, medium or long term. So by voting NO I believe a person is showing more concern for the well being and welfare of aboriginal and Torres Islander peoples then those voting YES out of some misguided sympathy.

Sky News, you really need to be encouraging staff at corporations, staff/students at universities and members of professional organisations who are promoting a "Yes" or "No" position to seek legal counsel for them being misrepresented by that organisation.
If my workplace said, "Workplace X says Yes/No!"
I would be. "But I don't. How dare you speak on my behalf. By saying this, you have cast my vote openly and publicly with zero consultation and you are wrong. Furthermore, I now feel that my professional career progression, or even continuance is "at risk" because I have spoken up about it, instead of silently accepting this injustice."
Staff, students and members of professional organisations need to start taking these organisations to court every time they do this, and then they will stop doing it.

Last week, University of the Sunshine Coast set up a huge tent to hold hundreds, at 12pm, right outside the popular student cafe, and it had a panel inside, on a stage, lecturing us all as to why we must vote Yes. I was disgusted, and I am yet to see a tent set up to educate us as to why we should vote No. No University must have bias, especially those publicly funded.
