Add configurations in PyCharm to run ODOO 15

Error : odoo-bin: error: The config file 'conf/odoo.conf' selected with -c/--config doesn't exist or is not readable, use -s/--save if you want to generate it.

There is some issue with your odoo.conf file.
Please recheck and add conf file in pychram.
