Thank you so much. My father was raised Hindu but rejected all religion when he observed the hypocrisy often found in practice and moved to the US and became a scientist. He and our mother raised us atheist. When I was in my teens I started taking Hatha yoga classes, meditating, practicing lucid dreaming and the like. Some years later, much to my surprise, I had the experience of spontaneous healing energy coming through my hands and intuitive information coming through my mind. I told my father about this, expecting to be berated, but he told me of some experiences growing up where he witnessed hands-on healing and other things. Later still he found your works, Quantum Healing in particular, and was fascinated. He became a fan of yours and even shared CDs of your books with me, all the while staying "in the closet" with others. He is no longer with us but I want to thank you for helping my father to resolve his early "spiritual" experiences with his belief in science. I too believe that science and what we call "spiritual" realms are not in opposition.

Reality is stranger than we can think. That's a liberating thing because our thinking mind is conditioned and used to think in patterns that imprisoned it, so to think is to create, to release yourself from patterns. which need training to be aware of these patterns by observation

I'm so happy to have let go of the baggage of karma that I carried for so long. I want to share a little synchronicity that happened to me. Yesterday, before my morning meditation, I decided to observe the tree in front of my window. I've always admired trees, but this time, I wanted to analyze it, as if I were trying to see something I hadn't noticed before. I observed its unique shape, saw the birds and leaves, and then I meditated. Later, I watched one of your videos where you talked about a tree being a whole ecosystem, and I was amazed. That tree helped me understand how everything is interconnected. Afterwards, I had a moment of realization, like a flash, where I felt myself and everything around me in space as one. It was a truly mysterious and fascinating feeling, and I can't stop thinking about it, trying to recall that experience. Thank you so much, Deepak! Every time you ask, 'Who is it that observes?' I feel instant gratification surging through every cell of my body.🙏❤

For me it is important to understand that perception and conception is a unified process in reality.And both are an expression of memory or lets say karma.I think that karma cannot be stopped at any moment,but what can be stopped is my reaction to it. There is no need,absolutely no need to follow therine😅 my old reactions, or to recycle them.And when I act in this way,reality changes,and therin also I. But from where all this comes? IT COMES from the I. But in this way from a deeper one conceived one,an I that has chosen not to react but offers the unified process back and therefor becomes free.😊

Oh wow wow wow..., this is immediately helpful it corresponds to what my mom's message has been to me as she's talking out of both sides of her mouth.. it's the middle path almost in a neutral state not being charged with either side.. remaining in the in between... not creating Karma from participating emotionally mentally or physically in either of them... she told me keep it moving vic.
Thanks Deepak, personally I think Qualia and karma and how mind affects the physical universe especially regarding epigenetics, are very well described in Rupert sheldrakes morphic resonance hypothesis.
Rupert way of teaching is more fundamental easily relate for layman, Deepak way is more from science aspect, he trying to make the scientist or expert realize , although sometimes he uses some confusing terms. 😅
If I write a comment and it seems to me that it doesn’t sound right ,I delete it and write again .I think this explain why many Universes have collapsed and been created again .
If the world and we are our imagination ,being part of the supreme consciousness,we have little escape to be free.
We can only change reality and continue to imagine different realities .

Being raised Catholic, I was made aware (but never understood when I was young) of the Holy Trinity. I am not a theologian however I do think of the "Higher Self" that is who I am, everyone is. Today I understand this as you explained "Eastern' religion as the same concept. I have heard others say we are like cells that make up the body of the godhead. I also heard someone else say God is becoming us, not the other way around. And, "there is only one of us in this room".
All natural things to happen and happening are Appearances.
It is the manifestations of the Suchness of Nature.
It has no intention or purpose, and it is for No One.
But by One's dualistic mind perceives it and takes ownership of it;
To be affected by it, therefore to react either to like or dislike it.

For karma the structure can be moving through the way of a mode but i benefit from noticing that karma is structure moving or not moving, and of course I like the 10 percent root along with 30 percent energy, and 60 percent matter. There’s some matter in the energy and some energy in the matter.
We pray your thoughts are rapid fireable but also abstracting as projecting individually and overall for your own memory and emotion bank while teaching.

I believe the Bible tells us that the nature of being one who tries to figure out who is the one who is thinking or who am I is called Israel.
I've long thought that the number one determiner of one's actions is the environment in which one finds themselves. I just read today, after hearing from the Jewish Voice tv show the pharisaical reasoning for the establishment of a country named Israel, that the "prophet"("" because the prophet is within ourselves) Zechariah means God remembers. Zechariah in the Quran was said to be the father of John the Baptist and John means graced by God. John the Baptist baptized Jesus in the River Jordan which is recapped on the first page of the Revelation of Jesus Christ to St John. Jesus then went into the wilderness for 40 days and then gathered disciples from the 12 tribes (nations, source of nature) of Israel(one who contends with God). Then there's a lot of loose ends I don't see the explanation fitting together the Holy Spirit descending on the Apostles having added Mathias to field a 12 note team after Jesus was crucified and resurrected because I see the disciples as being an inseparable part of Jesus and Judas being as a pruned branch from the vine going back to chaos but leaving the Life quotient at the eternal ever present one. I don't mind finishing thinking out loud because I think it's helpful and I don't think it's likely this will be read by anyone but I. I find what is true to be pretty unsettling and would probably just assume keep a little delusion but I'm starting to believe the person I believe to be doesn't have a choice in the matter but just the illusion of choice. God is going to destroy the world piece by piece if I don't go back up the mountain and take a seat at the right hand of the Father is what I'm thinking now. It's that oneness seems wonderful except for what it means as our eternal reality and that everything that appears to be only exists in our imagination. Of course I did know what bliss was and vaguely remember today. It seems to me the only way to avoid conforming to the world is to remove ourselves from the environment of the world. Science has shown that there is no free will in the world because environment is the determiner of all choices in a Universe which acts as a single system of the energetic flow of information we perceive as reality. Only by breaking free from being a chain in this electron transfer chain can we hope to transform it from what it would otherwise inevitably become. Noah means peace. When God saw that all he created was evil he came to Noah and repented. 🙏
