Unfortunately, UA-cam has done nothing. Nuke, I love your content - one of my favourite channels by far - but I do have issues (and actually not with you). I started this "channel" before Google owned UA-cam (A long time ago I used it to showcase videos for clients). I have been here for awhile. I think since April, 2006. It is not UA-cam that is fucking shit up - it is Google. Google has a long history of doing shit like this: Changing algorithms for no good reason long before they have any clue of the effects of their actions. Oh no - Google knows. Google knows exactly what the fuck its doing - and it did the same thing years ago with its search engine, reaching a peak in August 2013. Was it Penguin? Hummingbird? Something cute sounding like that. I do not remember or care anymore... and I can't be bothered to "Google" it. After a long string of experimental algorithm updates, Google essentially scrubbed every small, well-researched, entertaining, and informative website out of its listings. Now it is trying to do that with UA-cam. Bland, generic, corporate entertainment is King - along with Stephen Colbert, James Cordon, Jimmy Fallon - major television networks and other media conglomerates. VEVO FTW (gag). Television is a medium that UA-cam was positioned to replace. But there is more money available through sucking its dick. And Google is lazy AF. At the risk of sounding bitter - Google shut my online business down in early 2011 (a business that was at the top of Google's listings since mid-1998). I managed to balance the damage by pumping thousands and thousands of dollars into Adsense and Adwords. But by August 2013 - as I was neither Wikipedia, Fox News, or Huff Post - even that stopped working. I moved on and cut my losses. I like seeing Pewdiepie fuck with Google. Nobody thought he was going to delete his channel. UA-cam is a broken, festering mess. Not just for content creators - although it hurts them more, I guess - but for viewers who have rejected traditional media. My channel - as a viewer of content created by people like you - Its just a fucking mess. Everything I liked about UA-cam has been changed to direct me away from independent content creators, and int the hands of spammers and major corporations. My one word of advice - advice I actually followed: Do not rely on third parties. I had my own servers. I had my own staff. It didn't matter. Google shut it down without even trying. Or replying. Oh - and Google's most recent "Fuck You"? Content creators ask me to click the little bell to get updates. Yeah... That worked out so well that I entered my profile and turned off everything EXCEPT essential updates. Only option I had available... At the top right corner of my UA-cam page lives a little bell. One day, that bell had a +6 beside it. In red. I clicked on it, and all was fine. I recognized all six comments. Bravo! I'll reply to them in a few minutes! WOOT! Then I opened a video in a new tab (Ok, it was fucking Drama Alert. Keem is entertaining...), and I noticed that my little bell said 99+. In "Googlish", 99+ means well upwards of 10,000 notifications and FUCK YOUR INBOX BECAUSE LOL GOOGLE. I was receiving well over 3,000 email updates a day in GMail. And there was no longer any little bars to click on to mark them all as read. All Caught Up is no longer an option. Google expects me to read hundreds of pages of comments. On a platform that has zero idea how to handle social media and interaction. Nope. Your little ding dong bell is now useless.

nuke, i may have a few suggestions but please remember I'm not trying to be cruel nor bad in any way but your content has changed a bit and I myself haven't been clicking on your videos as fast as I used to but some of the new style content is uninteresting to me the content I mean is mainly that makes me personally not want to watch are the videos were you (or any UA-camr really) jumps on the . . . well I wouldn't necessarily call it hate but say something a bit bad or poke fun about another UA-camr bandwagon. like I said I'm really not trying to be mean in any way but the lashes at other UA-camrs usually makes me unsubscribe or lose interest from the channels that make these kinds of videos. now the second would be uploads, now don't get me wrong I know everyone has a life to live but I tend to be forgetful and forget about a channel because of how many videos another channel will upload and get me sucked into, but maybe if you upload a bit more often as in like a series of videos in parts that way maybe if people like me (the people who clearly have short term memory loss) can remember about a certain series on a channel. the third I'd recommend is streaming live so we can have a day to ask questions and watch live footage of a channel we are subscribed too or even charity streams where you can help raise money for a cause. I know these ideas might seem a little "fuck no I'm not doing that" but these are just suggestions for you by one of your many viewers.

Not a dig at you, or anyone who wants to do it, just a simple fact of how unstable it is. The problem with patreon is that, technically, it is against UA-cam's TOS. Now why this should be a concern is that if UA-cam wanted to they could say that anyone making money outside of the adsense program without giving them (UA-cam) a cut will have their channel deleted. and not only that UA-cam could (in theory) demand you pay them a percentage of what you made off of patreon as a fee for using their site as a "host" for your content. Just one Tubers opinion to another though, but food for thought. TLDR version: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Bring both channels into one UA-cam should never be a career choice because bad thing can and will happen Patreon technically against TOS so might not be around forever, and could cause legal/financial issues later on

There might be some Chrome extensions that help 'fix' subscription feeds, but problem is that everyone would have to install them. I know I had one that kept my subscriptions from going all wonky, At least I think so.

i use Chrome if you go to your you tube settings go down to Notifications then go down to Desktop notifications where chrome is then click on turn on that`s it you will get the Notifications this dose work i did it today as soon as i did it i got all my Notifications at once i hope this help`s all the youtuber`s

Nuke, I love your content - one of my favourite channels by far - but I do have issues (and actually not with you).
I started this "channel" before Google owned UA-cam (A long time ago I used it to showcase videos for clients). I have been here for awhile. I think since April, 2006.
It is not UA-cam that is fucking shit up - it is Google. Google has a long history of doing shit like this: Changing algorithms for no good reason long before they have any clue of the effects of their actions. Oh no - Google knows.
Google knows exactly what the fuck its doing - and it did the same thing years ago with its search engine, reaching a peak in August 2013. Was it Penguin? Hummingbird? Something cute sounding like that. I do not remember or care anymore... and I can't be bothered to "Google" it.
After a long string of experimental algorithm updates, Google essentially scrubbed every small, well-researched, entertaining, and informative website out of its listings. Now it is trying to do that with UA-cam. Bland, generic, corporate entertainment is King - along with Stephen Colbert, James Cordon, Jimmy Fallon - major television networks and other media conglomerates. VEVO FTW (gag).
Television is a medium that UA-cam was positioned to replace. But there is more money available through sucking its dick. And Google is lazy AF.
At the risk of sounding bitter - Google shut my online business down in early 2011 (a business that was at the top of Google's listings since mid-1998). I managed to balance the damage by pumping thousands and thousands of dollars into Adsense and Adwords. But by August 2013 - as I was neither Wikipedia, Fox News, or Huff Post - even that stopped working.
I moved on and cut my losses.
I like seeing Pewdiepie fuck with Google. Nobody thought he was going to delete his channel. UA-cam is a broken, festering mess. Not just for content creators - although it hurts them more, I guess - but for viewers who have rejected traditional media. My channel - as a viewer of content created by people like you - Its just a fucking mess. Everything I liked about UA-cam has been changed to direct me away from independent content creators, and int the hands of spammers and major corporations.
My one word of advice - advice I actually followed: Do not rely on third parties. I had my own servers. I had my own staff. It didn't matter. Google shut it down without even trying. Or replying. Or explaining. Sure, there was Bing (lol) and Yahoo (rofl) and Facebook (has anyone ever made a dime from Facebook?) - but the great equalizer was always Google.
Where everyone has a fair chance. Where everyone has a voice. That is LONG fucking gone, brother. That dream died the day Google went public.
This is not a disparate entity named "UA-cam". This is Google. The company that owns the internet, and has less of a clue about social interaction than my little dog. And morons are actually excited that Google is creating a self driving car. Fuck me.

Oh - and Google's most recent "Fuck You"? Content creators ask me to click the little bell to get updates. Yeah... That worked out so well that I entered my profile and turned off everything EXCEPT essential updates. Only option I had available...
At the top right corner of my UA-cam page lives a little bell. One day, that bell had a +6 beside it. In red. I clicked on it, and all was fine. I recognized all six comments. Bravo! I'll reply to them in a few minutes! WOOT!
Then I opened a video in a new tab (Ok, it was fucking Drama Alert. Keem is entertaining...), and I noticed that my little bell said 99+. In "Googlish", 99+ means well upwards of 10,000 notifications and FUCK YOUR INBOX BECAUSE LOL GOOGLE. I was receiving well over 3,000 email updates a day in GMail.
And there was no longer any little bars to click on to mark them all as read. All Caught Up is no longer an option. Google expects me to read hundreds of pages of comments. On a platform that has zero idea how to handle social media and interaction.

nuke, i may have a few suggestions but please remember I'm not trying to be cruel nor bad in any way but your content has changed a bit and I myself haven't been clicking on your videos as fast as I used to but some of the new style content is uninteresting to me the content I mean is mainly that makes me personally not want to watch are the videos were you (or any UA-camr really) jumps on the . . . well I wouldn't necessarily call it hate but say something a bit bad or poke fun about another UA-camr bandwagon. like I said I'm really not trying to be mean in any way but the lashes at other UA-camrs usually makes me unsubscribe or lose interest from the channels that make these kinds of videos. now the second would be uploads, now don't get me wrong I know everyone has a life to live but I tend to be forgetful and forget about a channel because of how many videos another channel will upload and get me sucked into, but maybe if you upload a bit more often as in like a series of videos in parts that way maybe if people like me (the people who clearly have short term memory loss) can remember about a certain series on a channel. the third I'd recommend is streaming live so we can have a day to ask questions and watch live footage of a channel we are subscribed too or even charity streams where you can help raise money for a cause. I know these ideas might seem a little "fuck no I'm not doing that" but these are just suggestions for you by one of your many viewers.

Option 4: Bring both channels into one, if one is doing better than the other logic would say do more of what makes more money. That being said UA-cam as a "career" is not a wise choice, one small hiccup (case in point what is happening now) and you now have little to no income as a result. Not a dig at you, or anyone who wants to do it, just a simple fact of how unstable it is. The problem with patreon is that, technically, it is against UA-cam's TOS. Now why this should be a concern is that if UA-cam wanted to they could say that anyone making money outside of the adsense program without giving them (UA-cam) a cut will have their channel deleted. and not only that UA-cam could (in theory) demand you pay them a percentage of what you made off of patreon as a fee for using their site as a "host" for your content. Just one Tubers opinion to another though, but food for thought.
