context of what happened: Lucas exposed his stalker and she made whole bunch of rumors on him which were proven false by clear evidence. She is an active NCT stalker till now. He apologized for exposing his stalker in documentary. Its not fair but thats what SM is known for (they always made their idols apologize even if its not their fault). The song clearly explained his story and stubbornness of haters who still wish to bring him down.
long story short, Lucas exposed a sasaeng (obsessed fans who are more harassers than fans) for harassing the younger members of their group, this woman then created all this gossip and many other haters joined this train of hate, the ghost accounts that accused Lucas in X then never presented any type of sustainable evidence, Lucas was never criminally accused of absolutely anything, it was all gossip, not a single formal accusation, the company and he apologized for the scandal not because he accepted any type of blame, and he did it well because no accusation ever made any sense, that is why the rat analogy in the video is very Importantly, it was the people and the media who made him the center of meaningless accusations, and there is no better way to silence hateful mouths than with your talent and this song is fire, thanks for the reaction.
I loved your comments and analysis on Lucas’ artistry. I love that they didn’t force songs and concepts that didn’t complement his talents. They finally found songs that really went well with his vocal range and rap tone/flow. He went through a lot but he really proved his resilience through this song and showed his gratitude to his fans and probably everyone who believes in his talent. Let haters stay hatin’, right? 😅😊
his scandal have no conections with any of the superm menbers, some of kpop fans just want to hate him, they dont even know how things work in the industrey. Lucas ends his burberry brand deal because of Chinese political reason. he did call beakyun fat tho. I guess they joke around a lot. I just hope superm is still 7.
I don't have any opinion about the scandal, because I don't care about idols' private lives, but I always felt that Lucas was SM's least talented and interesting male idol and that he was just in SuperM due to his popularity, which was mostly based on his looks. And sorry, I'm gonna be even blunter than you for a change: this song is the worst I EVER heard from SM, and there's not even any good dancing to redeem it. (SuperM have not officially disbanded, but it's unlikely they will have a comeback for various reasons. They were great though.)
I believe the Plan B version of this MV is the choreography one, so that one has actual dancing and stuff. I am totally fine with SuperM never coming back. As that's a group who never clicked with me. Expecially starting on the wrong foot with Jopping. That song was cringe af. Even Taemin couldn't save it. Lol
@@DdogPlaysGamesI saw Plan B too, it didn't help. Any song by SuperM was way better than this. Honestly, I've never seen such a mess - and it's no coincidence that it's the case with an English language song, that's the trend right now, and it's happening with many others. Before Ten's comeback and this, SM was the last holdout and thus hope for me, but now Im devastated to lose that too. We're literally witnessing the decline of Kpop when it had just reached a peak in global popularity and recognition.
Man I couldn't disagree with you more! I felt similarly to you about Lucas but I thought this song was amazing and one of the best NCT solo songs! I really think it's just personal preference.
@@SerenitySoonish I don't think so. I showed it to someone who's a classical musician but who loves rap and he was even more brutal than I was: not only is the song jaw-droppingly bad, but the dude can't sing and he can't rap. I still can't get over the fact that this is an SM production and that they brought him back for this. I'm also very disappointed in fans, because if they like this, I can't imagine how they are even able to perceive differences anymore. It makes me really sad, because ultimately it's audience tastes that influence what gets produced.
Me when i hate him and trying to hide it behind "my personal opinion" cause wdym he was the least interesting, the song is horrible and he can't even dance gtfo here 😭😭😭😭😭
Thank you for reacting to Lucas's song. I'm glad that the song is cool enough for you to add it to your playlist.

Thank you for the synopsis! I figured it was a sasaeng related thing and a bunch of gossip that got blown out of hand.
Also thanks for watching ❤️
@@DdogPlaysGames no problem, thanks for your reaction it was on point
