VersaEmerge has gone in a completely new direction. So different from their older music but still rock driven. I like it
the guy who started the band even before sierra came in , and the only one to stay since then , Blake Harnage
What Blake brought to the table when he produced songs for Pvris
Kris Owens Pvris "style" is probably what he intended with VERSA during this era

These aren't meant to be music videos! As the title says this video is for the audio but its putting a twist on the usual static still picture (that are most commonly used in audio videos) by using these extremely slow-mo sequences instead.

Sounds so different than their previous songs.. If you listen to each of their albums, every new album they released had more and more electronic effects.. and now with this new album, it's basically ALL electro-pop ish.. Not a bad thing. I'm just saying it sounds nothing like old Versa.

I really like them, but i feel since ''Fixed At Zero'' they haven't given us something different, interesting that could really be as famous as they're first songs.
They need to bring back the music from those days when they released hit after hit.
What happened to the old VE? I miss the style from Perceptions and the self-titled EP. Even Fixed at Zero was decent, but the style has definitely changed over the years. Not so sure anymore about this band...

Btw guys, this isn't electronic. That sound can be made from a bass and electric with effects. Sounds mostly like fuzz.

Not that I know of. The way I interpret this song is that she wants the guy she's singing about to stay with her and trust her with his feelings. She knows him already "I get to know where you go whenever I need you the most" but she doesn't want him to keep leaving. Again, that's just my interpretation.
Their new songs are autotuned, overproduced, artificial, repetitive crap. I hate it. I loved their previous stuff so much. The play count for clocks is at 7000 on my iPod. But they're not the same anymore. It really, really sucks. They seriously were the best band ever. Their songs were intriguing, cinematic, and beautiful. They arent anymore.
What you guys need to remember is that, asides from different influences taking a front seat, they're just a duo now. Keeping a full band sound is difficult, and also a difficult thing for Blake to keep in mind when writing. This way is easier for them, as well as being the sound they want to make.
I personally like their older stuff a ton more. I feel like they've kind of sold out and moved towards the mainstream pop industry.

I find them interesting in the sense that it's more than just a picture, being an audio video and all
it's not that the song is bad, but compared to their previous stuff, this just seems so stale
At first I was a little sketchy about their new songs, but now I absolutely love them all and can't wait for Another Atmosphere.
