Great video. I'm new to some of this and have a question @ 1:20 - For these different targeted Meta ads, is who they are displayed to simply decided by the keywords used in the ad (and ad budget) and Meta just matches that to people on their platform based on whatever information they have collected on them? I've done Google PPC, but I'm unfamiliar with how the target market is selected for a promoted post on IG or FB. Thank you!
