I have been through it pretty much my entire life my dear. Since I was thirteen tragedies unravelled year after year, I'm now 38 and after many spiritual retreats, pilgrimages, and decades of prayers, it has diluted a lot. Priests sometimes don't know how to help also. The most important solutions are the simplest ones: Daily prayer, sacramentals (medals, holy water, little prayers, holy salt, holy oil) sacraments (confession, baptism, etc) and simple steps. Always hopeful in the Lord, carrying it all through His cross, and eating sleeping and parting healthy. Always happy ini the holy spirit and pushing through. I'm so glad I found this powerful prayer! Im 63 years old and have lost two children from gun violence and have one remaining son so far away. He's in the Denver area and Im in the Hudson Valley NY area. We text almost every day, especially after his divorce from his 20 year marriage with her. They have two children, an older son and younger daughter, both under the age of ten.
