Amen! I am a little bit self conscious about my body, but getting better, as I have quite strong arms, some men say...oh, so you workout, hm? Some people...your arms are ...why do you go to the gym? You don't need it. Going to the gym is mostly for my mental health. I feel good when my body is healthy and strong.
I will never be without muscles, as that's my body. I used to cover my shoulders and my arms, after years, now, at 28 I stop caring. I am grateful for my body and for the things it can do. I know I am sometimes not taking enough care of it, not sleeping enough, but I try my best. Wish I have been like this also a couple of years ago.
Those muscles were developed for her new movie role as a stripper.
